  1. Bayern will soon be along with a 50ME bid and get him.
  2. Arjen Robben got on my tits last night. How many times he ball hugged and chose not to pass was unreal.
  3. I'm really confident, I always am on big nights when we know what we have to do. The Jose factor, our attitude and the crowd being right behind the team tells me it will be our night.
  4. Defend like that in the second leg and we go through, because we will score at home.
  5. Absolute engine......all 7M pounds worth, what a guy.
  6. This is exactly the situation I knew United would be shoe-horned into now. It's not what I would class as a panic buy but another staunch example from the owners to show the fans they are spending big, and having people like Shaw and Mata as an example. United have set themselves such a bar in terms of wages after Rooney gate, they will now not be able to stop the fast paced train and huge demands from players when it comes to wages.
  7. Matic and Salah army are back....Shot Ba up front to rag Skrtel about the back line and throw celery at Mignolet's head. Up the Chels.
  8. Muller at the end going off it about the penalty he never got
  9. I love how it's always 'On collision course' Bring Cavani.
  10. Charged for what comments, he never said anything out of order did he?
  11. Should be moved on come the summer, he's had a good stint here but needs a pat on the back and move him on. Did well last night, hair was awful and is like the coffee Revel for me.
  12. 100k a week for an 18 year old and 30M price tag......deary me.
  13. If you asked Ramires to run five lengths of the field he would and quick. If you give him a ball he would be like a Kangaroo on fucking speed.
  14. Let's get a plane up.......Jose out banner.....
  15. Football at this level is about planning, having a game plan and deploying in such a way that suits the tools you have and what the opponent bring to the table in terms of threat and their and philosophy. Nobody will pissing it going to Atletico or Liverpool but what will be required is a plan on how to play. Atletico was a two legged affair where we could not, and didn't, play ourselves out of the tie after 90 minutes and leaving us with every chance come next Wednesday, we did, and it's on. Every team relies a little on luck or rub of the green, but what this team has that a lot of teams don't is desire and that never say die attitude and most importantly on the biggest stage of all.
  16. That's just been over picky. He commanded his area brilliantly and made a tremendous save from a FK. What a stage to come in on, the SF 1st leg of a CL cup tie and produce a rock solid performance.
  17. Hazard and Eto'o could be ready for the return, that in itself is a huge boost.
  18. Let me drive this home to you. I have been having a go at Ramires for the most of the season because his performances have been well below par, everyone can see that. You, are making excuses for his first touch last night by blaming Torres for being behind him for crying out loud. His first touch had nothing to do with Torres, had his first touch not been like a school boy he probably would of got to the box and then allowed Torres to actually get into a position to deliver, but no, this is Ramires we are talking about and the thing that has been so poor all season from him again rears it's ugly head.......So yeah let's blame Torres. The team last night as a whole and as a collective group was good, what wasn't good was our decision making and the fact when we got the ball our touch or choice was fucking bordering on pathetic. Our chances to get out and retain the ball last night were limited, when we did we panicked and our touch and distribution was so poor. I class the final result as really good, but when you talk about individuals who struggle to do the basics right and correct then there was some culprits who stood out and who have been doing it the majority of the season.
  19. He was excellent once again. There was a point in the game he chased down the ball right back to Tibo, and that wasn't an isolated incident either, he did it all night from the word go. Hence for me, the player of the season by a long, long way.
  20. That bolded bit has nothing to do with his first touch at all. You are simply making excuses for him and how bad his touch is without actually looking at it properly. You are making things up to suit your argument here about suspensions making him have lack of of confidence. The long and short of it is, Ramires is a poor reader of the game and plays in such a position that means that is not possible. He's clumsy and that is why he has found himself booked/suspended more frequent because his reading and judgement is not what it should be.
  21. No, no it isn't. That was a basic pass and managed to completely fuck it up. The bloke is struggling to pass and do the most basic things asked of him. His only asset is pace and that's that. He's been a complete passenger for 90% of the season and why he is constantly selected for well under par performances is beyond...He's awful.
  22. My opinion is not just based on the match, but his whole season.
