He's a mess, like everything else, there isn't anything you can point to that's positive. In previous times he would chuck the toys out of the pram and the players would pick them up, now, the mess is scattered and nobody is doing it. There is no hiding from the fact that right now we are a complete car crash of a football club, the constant FA fines, the constant mouthing off to officials, being sent from the technical area and general shite conduct is embarrassing to say the least.
