Just one of those days for him, he will learn from it and doubt get better. He's one of the least of the worries in this team IMO.

It's dead simple, he's the captain and that's why he is back straight in the team.

The fact Rudiger was dropped immediately for doing nothing wrong says everything. Now we have a big problem because Cahill is now going to slot straight into CB with Rudiger left of him.

Walked into the team for the simple reason he's captain, yet Ruddier did nothing wrong. We are accommodating Cahill for one reason, and it's quite sad because out of the back 3 he's our worst player.
