Well he certainly became more consistent this season. But, still not enough, IMO. He does drift out of games sometimes.. not as much as last season but he still does.

A pretty good option. I haven't watched him enough to really say but he seems strong, good in the air, better technique than some think, he can finish.. He also seems like a warrior which is something we need.

Sorry but I really dont think your comparison is a good one. If there were many saves from Cech this season that I could say "Courtois wouldn't have saved that", then Cech would have a strong case for staying. But that's not really the case.. Cech is a legend and I love him but if we really want to be professional about this, Courtois must be given a shot.

Mind you, I never said that a CM, fullback and a striker weren't needed before an AM. What I understand is that no one is able to create anything except for Hazard. And I know Reus will be able to do the same. It's not a "system buy" like a CM, its simply adding quality, which we're currently lacking, no need to understand the way our team plays..

Hmm no I dont think its "bollocks". While not the only one to blame for our results, he did have an impact on some of them. It doesn't matter if its after PSG or not, truth is Cech has been dodgy for the whole season and he hasn't been at his best while Courtois has been saving ATM's ass all season. It's just that after yesterday's game people aren't afraid to say it.

How many of these would Cech have pulled off ? If your answer is anything but "100%", then we should bring back Courtois.

Well is it that absurd that we'll get him ? I mean Dortmund are pretty much falling apart. Real Madrid wont buy him, he doesn't suit Barca's style + they cant buy players anyway now. I guess City can bid for him but not sure they will. How much will Dortmund ask for him? Why is it strange? We need another quality AM.

I think he'll just replace the less-good AM I guess? we'll have to see who performs better next season. IMO we need a player like Reus to work with Hazard, because Schurrle, Willian or Oscar are not yet on his level. They are unable to create too many chances ATM. If Hazard isn't active, we're useless. We also lack quality on the bench after selling Mata and KDB. If we play Hazard-Oscar-Willian then we only have Schurrle on the bench, and I guess Salah too but he's still young and probably needs to improve. If one of them gets injured? If Hazard gets injured.. we're doomed.

We simply HAVE to get Luke Shaw. Our non-attacking full-backs hurt us so much. We should also bring back Courtois, look for a playmaker CM, buy a top class striker AND buy a quality AM (we need another world-class AM to be able to create something). I dont know if we'll do all that in 1 transfer season, but it should be done rather sooner than later.

Yea.. No one can create anything except for Hazard. get 3 players to mark him and we're dead in the water. It's been pretty clear to me that except for the fact that Oscar and Willian are not really good enough yet, our system and our lack of attacking full-backs are a HUGE problem and have a big impact on our game (bad impact, ofc).
