He's not "horrible", but he's just not really adding that much.. This is not the level of players we want to have as one of the best teams around.

This. Matic and Fabregas are pretty much amazing, Hazard is amazing, Costa is good enough, Willian and Oscar are just not up to par.. If we really want to be the BEST team around, we need to get the BEST players and have the best team.

Honestly I wont lie, I haven't been able to watch too many matches this season so far so this is pretty much based on what I have seen (not a lot) combined with things I've heard. I'll take your word for it though..

I'm more concerned about the crosses. High crosses (for heading) - we're pretty limited because Costa is probably the only target for that. But the problem is we barely even go wide, we never really have that option and its limiting. Sometimes we try with Iva but it never works out.

I really think that he's not good enough for us if we want to really be the best. He's a good player but like I said, if we want to be THE BEST we need someone better. (I haven't really been following this season so far so my opinion is mostly based on last season)

He's in great shape, had a sublime performance !

Personaly I see more potential in Salah. And I'd rather we keep him over Moses.. Salah Oscar Scurrle Hazard Willian + maybe even Fabregas - can all play in the 3 AM positions. Mikel Matic Fabregas MVG Ramires - can all play in the 2 CM positions. we might need a backup CB although Ivan can do that.. And we have 2 world class GKs + Schwarzer. Torres Drogba and Costa for the ST position. Seems like we'll be fine.

I'm just inlove with this guy.. His mentality, passion and love for the club..

Great great signing .. He will add so much by just being a part of the squad a part of this club, in the training ground etc.. to mentor the young players and the new ones aswell. Especialy now that Frank left and Cole aswell. Plus he would offer a great option in some occasions.

Really really happy with this signing. I hope Azpi will play RB because he wouldn't be able to do what he did with Cole on the left, Filipe just offers more.

Really looking forward to see this lad playing, he's really something special IMO. I really like his runs.
