  1. OMG, the shame. That is so embarrasing
  2. It makes you think doesn't it?
  3. I couldn't agree more. The times that I've grabbed something really late is probably when i've been out for the evening and got back about midnight. I think cheese on toast would have to be my late night snack, probably washed down with a good cuppa, that's if someone else does it for me as I'm so knackered by that time.
  4. Why, what's wrong with tea and toasties
  5. I just read this on the Chelsea supporters group website. What do people think? I'm shocked, but not surprised. It makes me feel that I'm going to have to be careful before I open my mouth. I don't want to have to feel like that, as I feel that chanting enhances my experience at a match. Warning To All Chelsea Fans – Two Chelsea fans appeared in court today charged with offensive/racist chanting after being arrested at the Spurs game singing "If you don't do the bouncy you're a Y*d" A Spurs fan will appear tomorrow charged with the same thing after singing "Y*d Army" All are potentially looking at 3 year football banning orders if found guilty, (confirmed 29/09 two Chelsea fans were given 3 year banning orders from all football grounds in the country!), along with any other punishment the court may impose. After many warnings the club/police appear to be taking action. source - chelseasupportersgroup.net
  6. Whilst I agree that Drogba and Anelka need to be on form, I feel after Wigan we need to definitely need to work on our defence. Also I don't know what Hilario's record is like as goalie? Let's hope he can match Cech's skills and experience. I'm sure Wigan was just a blip and that we will destroy the scum and wipe the grins of their ugly mugs.
  7. That looked uncomfortable, but glad we won and got the 3 points. Roll on Sunday and let's hope we can put on a better performance.
  8. Thanks guys for all of these, I don't know how you keep with them all as there are sooo many. I'll stick to learning the more common ones for now and look at the others when I become a little more experienced
  9. Mine is in the Doug Ellis Lower and it says it's for visiting support.
  10. We can't dwell on the past, what's done is done. Just need to move on and make sure it doesn't happen again.
  11. Well I managed to get a ticket as I went to the box office at 9am and am so happy. TBH I didn't think I stood a chance. I'm going to Villa
  12. I watched the highlights of the Liverpool v Hull City game on MOTD last night, 6-1 was the result. No pressure for us then. Torres is certainly playing very well at the moment and seems a very dangerous player. Hopefully we can work on our defence this week in training and rmember to attack where we can.
  13. Here it is amongst some others
  14. I know what you mean about dogs, the amount of hassle it took to try and train them to sit and whatnot and tthen there were the arguments about who'd take them out for a walk. Awwww I want a little kitten.
  15. OK will definitely try and get a ticket for this match. Tickets for members start tomorrow. I'll let you know if I get one.
  16. I'm sure my brother could do a good job too in his wheelchair, but seriously from what people have been saying, it seems that Turnball isn't what weere hoping for so I'll go with the majority and say Hilario
  17. We did have a cat Maxie it must be about 15 years ago, died of old age I think. Had 2 dogs, a lovely Border Collie called Benji, and black labrador called Toby. Never had any pets since, too much work to look after, although looking at some of your pictures I might be tempeted, they are rather cute
  18. I really value yours and everybodies advice. I'm completely aware that there will always be some burke that wants to cause trouble and that's not interested really going to watch the football. You only have to look at the West Ham v Millwall match recently. I have no intention of ever getting involved in any sort of trouble, I just want to be there to watch the football and nothing else. I've been advised by lots of people to be careful. I think the main concern that I've had from my family is that I might get stabbed. I just want to enjoy myself, and am finding ever since i've started supporting CFC it's given me a new lease of life. Nobody is trying to presurise me into going to away games. I know it's something that only I can make that decision for. It would certainly be a shame not to go. As I say i'm looking at going to away games in the UK and then maybe move on to ones abroad. I'm looking at getting a ticket hopefully for the Aston Villa Game. Do you think that would be a good one to go to?
  19. Just watched the highlights or should that be the lowlights on MOTD. Wow that wasn't good we looked half asleep. From what I saw we were all over the place with our defending. I'm sure this must be a one off and we need to urgently get back on track. I think we will miss Petr Cech, I have to say it looked as though we were missing him already after he was sent off. Starman Drogba, good to see he scored his 100th goal. Just need to concentrate now and see what happens against Apoel and Liverpool. Keep the Faith.
  20. Me too, can't wait for this game as I know the atmosphere will be amazing in MHL. We just need to put yesterday behind us, it's gone now and try and focus and get the momentum back that we had before yesterday. I'm sure we'll come out on top again. :blue scalf:
  21. I'm taking one step at a time at the moment. This might sound really silly and corny, but this journey that i'm venturing on, i.e. becoming a Chelsea Supporter and a football supporter in general is a big step for me. I'm really just finding my feet at the moment. I'm planning on going to my first UK away game to Aston Villa next month. I know my family aren't going to be too keen as I know what their reaction will be, that I might get hurt. For fucks sake i'm 35 years old i'm capable of looking after myself. I'll hopefully from now onwards be able to get to some more UK away games and then maybe think about going to something abroad. As I say just taking it one step at a time.
  22. Yep, I think I've just about got the hang of that one....On the other hand, Oh dear remind me what the words again, i've momentarily forgotten them.....
  23. I had to go out this afternoon and I've just got back and seen the score. Will watch it on MOTD. Absolutely gutted and I know we should have won this match, BUT I know we CAN and we WILL get back on form once again. Let's hope and i'm sure we can pull it off against the Scum next week. Good to see that Drogba scored his 100th.
