  1. Diasppointed that we lost as I thought we had a good chance of progressing further. At the end of the day the better team won on the night. I just found it frustrating to watch as I thought we had plenty of chances to score and couldn't break through their defence. I tried my best to get behind the team, even up to the dying seconds. One thing I found curious was, that this game was supposed to be sold out, yet there were quite a few seats up in Matthew Harding Upper (Gate 17) that were empty throughout.
  2. I'm aware of what he's achieved with our club, and was appalled at the chanting aimed at him at the end.
  3. Sorry and I just saw that there is another thread for this too
  4. Just saw this in on the BBC News website. What next for JT? Just cannot believe yet another story involving him has appeared. http://news.bbc.co.u...don/8572727.stm
  5. Thought I'd add this, it's a link to the Chelesea Football Fancast which I think has just started today. Those of you that listen to 'Chidge', Dr. Mart, Cheltel ect...on CFFC this is for you. http://www.chelseafancast.com/
  6. Thanks, that's really useful to know. I'm very serious about getting a season ticket for next season. What are my chances of getting one? I've got over a 100 loyalty points, so am hoping that I will be able to get one.
  7. Really pisses me off that they (the opposition fans) feel the need to keep booing JT. Ffs it's old news, just give the guy a break. I'm sure I read somewhere this week a report that quoted Frank as saying the more that they boo JT, the more he wants to strive and do well. Certainly worked against Stoke didn't it.
  8. There was One England Captain, There's Only One England Captain and John Terry, John Terry, John Terry, etc...being sung yesterday.
  9. Nervous of this one, as am fully aware that this could be the end of the road for us in this competition for this year, if we don't put in a good performance. Saying that I'm very excited too and can't wait to get behind the lads on Tuesday. KTBFFH :blue scalf:
  10. Think he's possibly lacking in confidence, just need to get behind him again on Tuesday as the pressure for him will be immense.
  11. To be able to make the future work for us, knowing what's going to happen at the end of this season and for future seasons, like us being top in all competitions :champions:
  12. It's called Chelsea FC: The Official Biography - The Definitive Story of the First 100 Years and it's available via the new Talk Chelsea shop http://astore.amazon.co.uk/talkchelsea-21/detail/0755314662
  13. Yes that was strange not having no sound throughout. Very diasppointed that I couldn't clap along to the Liquidator, and not being able to sing along to Blue is the Colour, although they did run the video with the lyrics, so I tried to sing along in sync with the vt. Thought I wasn't going to make it first of all, as the tube was delayed from Wimbledon for about 10 minutes, then the driveer admitted it was his fault for the delay.
  14. Back from the match, a superb performance by the lads, especially in the second half. Thought Turnbull was OK, even a chant for him was started - We've Got Ross Turnbull, We've Got Ross Turnbull etc.. To all those who have said there's no atmosphere at Home Games, I think we excelled ourselves today, absolutely brilliant, and there was still singing at the end. All in all a very satisfying afternoon. So refreshing to see us back on form again, hope we can keep the momentum going for Inter on Tuesday.
  15. OK, that's useful to know, I think i'm OK for Loyalty Points then. As to the final I was talking to someone who was queuing up at the box office for tickets about the final, and he said that quite a few season ticket holders missed out on getting tickets last year, due to the poor allocation of tickets for the fans. The rest apprently went to the sponsers and corporate bodies.
  16. Ok, i've been told that if we make it through to the fa cup final I will definitely not get a ticket. Noticed today that there are 30,000 tickets going on sale first of all to Season Ticket Holders for the semi final and am curious to know whether I stand a chance of getting one as a member?
  17. I'm sure when I looked the other night, there was more than 2 pages of books. I was looking forward to having a browse
  18. Looking forward to this one as I missed West Ham away. Think it will be a good atmosphere down in MH Lower. Obviously the match against Inter will be on our minds, but we need to concentrate and produce a win tomorrow. Come on you blues, I know you won't disappoint. :blue scalf:
  19. I think it's good that he's got the chance to play. Yes, it's important to get behind him as he's gonna need our support, all eyes will be on him. One question though, who'll be his reserve?
  20. Welcome to Talk Chelsea :blue scalf:
  21. That's OK, you should get yourself a copy of the book, it's a really good read.
  22. Yes this is going to be one hell of a tough match, but think we can do it. Looking forward to getting a ticket hopefully.
