yes the replacement shud be english..............but der r very few playes who can replace lampard n 1 of dem is henderson.........n according to wt i hv heard he will end up in MANu (in a swap deal WELBECK + 10ml).............

till mid in the jan i thought carlo will take us to the top 4 spot easily as he was in d same situation with milan for many seasons n hes has managed it wid dem..................i want him to turn around this season but our season is going like his last season at milan........n now m worried tht this shudnt turn like tht season as milan were out of d CL spot..........fingers crossed

some times i think players are more responsible...........as against birmingham, wolves we created chances but d players havnt took it..........carlo is also responsible as he has stuck with d same formation even if we r not getting d results............he shud now axe d players if dey r underperforming he shud take d decisions bravely oderwise players will think der place is not in risk n will perform as dey r doing it now..................

we should go with this formation--------Cech, Ivanovic, Luiz/Alex, Terry, A.cole, Essien(Holding), Ramires(RM), Zhyrkov(LM), Lampard (tip of d diamond), Drogba/Torres, Anelka in a 4-1-2-1-2 formation in EPL when it will come to CL Bosingwa/Ivanovic (RB), Ivanovic/Alex (CB) n rest d same team n abt d personnel changes (i want carlo but if he will go) i will love to see Di matteo/zola as a manager n steve clarke/wilkins (which is not going to happen) as assistant coach

in this season all is going wrong for us...........u can take wolves(A), birmingham(A), sunderland(H) (we were unbeaten against dem for no. of yrs) matches as example...............n now everton............
