I said a while ago, I dont see the purpose of our youth set up if we actaully end up ruining this young kids careers by endless loans lets face it if I was a manager of another team I would not give 100% effort on improving someone else's prospect. Different with more estabilshed players ie De Bruyne, Lukaku, Courtois they offer something more than potential unlike players like Josh, Nat. Bamford who need to be nurtured well to achieve their potential. Lets face it had McCeran or Chalobah been at Arsenal they would be world class players by now, with all the potential they have. Chelsea as a club a short sighted thus we will never see a youth prospect break into our first team, the cycle will continue on and on as long as we have a sugar daddy we will never be able to produce one of our own

Another one we are going to ruin because of a stupid loan, just like Chalobah last season his past the championship level and he needs a EPL loan now otherwise his career will stagnate just like every other prospect in the last 8 years has done

His a waste of squad space at the moment to be honest, would rather we give his place to Romeu whose really really impressed me. Him and Van Ginkel offer options both at the back and front

I know everyone will remember the miss from the game but he def looked sharp for someone's first pre season game

His an upgrade on Mikel def and Im sure his on lower wages plus his younger

Van Ginkel does not need a loan he has been impressive, he has the odd miss tackle but that can be worked on, definitely an upgrade on Ramires and Mikel
