Yeah! ill be honest with you i have seen the young man play but than again i dont see him play every game. He does seem to be quite talented on the ball and seems to have a good eye for goal. By all means lets give it a go but like i said he would have to prove to himself and everyone else that he has what it takes.

See but you cannot guarantee that. You make it sounds like Kalou is a bad player, he actually has improved quite a bit this season and when he was getting continues play time he looked very threatening going forward so i would have to disagree with you on that, as i think it has taken him quite a long time to get more experienced in his position and i think it would be the same with Da costa. Malouda i have got no argument with because my cat could do more than what he has done this season...

Personally i think he is doing a really good job as i am sure most of you agree. A lot of the players seem to respect him which is good to see because it seems the last couple of managers that we have had have failed to communicate with the players like Guss has. In today's papers it seems that there are rumors going around that he is considering staying at Chelsea but i am not looking to much into at the moment because who knows what going to happen. I would love to see him stay with Chelsea as i think he can bring a lot to the club but i guess that all depends on him at the end of the day. I think if he was to stay do you think he would get a bit more confidence from the board than our previous managers? We all know how close Roman is with him do you think this could be good sign? If he was to stay and he had a bad season do you think he would be given more time than jose, avram and phill? I am curious in seeing what everyone else is looking for at this stage. As the season is not over ye i think it would be very smart if Chelsea did everything they can to get him to continue next season. What do you guys think?

I guess it would be a good idea. But to be honest i dont make them enough to get involved. Maybe more sig of the month lol. But i guess i might try a little harder if there was something like this on and i might learn a bit more doing it.

These players are all very young, they can not just come into a team like Chelsea and expect them to be superstars. Its a totally different ball park, playing for just a small club than to come to the big leagues. Sure they can go through our reserves and try to get a name for themselves there and move on to the seniors slowly but who knows how long that could take. They need to find the confidence in there own ability. Until our youth does start to get bigger and better we need players who are experienced, and i personally believe the players in the age group of around 22 to 27 are the players we need to look for. At any of these ages we can still get atleast 4 seasons from them without them ageing to much and possibly become stars for us. But one thing that we need to stop doing is purchasing 30+ year olds because they cannot be around forever and they start to loose what they once had.

You cannot justhave a team of 18 19 20 21 year olds that would be so pointless. We would end up like arsenal who are a very inconsistent bunch of players. For the main reason that they are no experienced enough to be playing day in and day out like they do. Our "30 year olds" are very consistant actually, sure we had a bad run but that was with a total dick as a manger who was more clueless than avram. So to be fair to our players there are only a certain few we should be looking to off load. I also do not understand how you could not want anyone over the age of 24, some of the best players in the world are aged between 24 to 29. Im not saying lets go straight for the best players but it would be idiotic not to look into potential signings in that age category.

He had a good start to his Chelsea career but than injuries kicked in and caused him alot of problems. Also he is gettin alot older i think we must start looking to the future and he is someone who is not going to be around for much longer. Malouda - Do i need to go there, he has probebly had 1 or 2 good games since arriving 2 years ago and he just does not suit our team or the epl, enough said. Ivanovic - A great young player but he deserves to be getting played every game. I think he would be great at an italian club but for us we have enough cover in the defence at the moment. With mancienne being in our squad now i cant really see a place for him in the team anymore. That being said when he has player he has done very well. Mineiro - To be honest i never really saw the point of bringing him in, he was never going to get played because we had mikel as cover for essien and than for cover for mikel if we where struggling i think ballack could of done the job. I think since he has come he has played one or two games. So i think he is another we can let go. Paulo Ferreira - A player who has done so much for our club and i am very thankful for that but he is getting older now, he is in his 30's nd just recieved a nasty injury. If Paulo is happy to stay and be backup for our current players by all means i am happy for him to stay but i think he deserves a bit more player time.
