That was such an awful performance by the team, why did we even field 11 in the first half? useless. I think it was still an encouraging performance for us for the fact that we had the fight which has been lacking in recent away games imo, we really dug in deep and stayed strong

Jesus Cole was VERY dangerous all game to me, I think there was a 15 minute period in the game where the team wasn't going at it as much though. Carlo made the right sub though to bring on Sturridge, not that Danny did much but allowed Anelka to change up his game abit more and it worked in the end lol, glad we got the result!

Midfield does indeed look thin, I believe Matic could handle the game too in the dmf role, he's really technically gifted and can distribute a ball well, not afraid to get stuck in either Burnley haven't scored or got a point since Coyle left so hopefully that run will continue.
