They have gone for a timeless look, and if you really think about it.. a modern bowl would look so out of place next to the brick work around that area as it is. Anyone who has actually been to the bridge will understand how even the current stadium looks a bit out of place. This design makes it look like a football cathedral!

Just because of the nature of how he operates, I'm starting to have doubts. It's not as if time will stand still for us to build the squad up a little in january, games will be coming thick and fast and not a lot will change in that time space.
