Remember when Mourinho took part in Soccer aid and we were all posting videos of that tackle, and when he peeked his head through the door on the england team. Nobody posted the changing room pre-match talk, so here it is..
Not in the moment no, not on the pitch with all that adrenaline from winning. He also hired private security before the game for his family. Mourinho didn't attend Inter's bus parade before leaving for Real too, unless he also received death threats from Inter fans. There isn't really a discussion here, since Mourinho himself has explained to you the reasons why he restricts his celebrations in the video.
True, but that's ambition for you. Porto to Chelsea, Inter to Real, those are big steps.. and he wasn't going to let anyone hold him back. Thankfully, he's returned with grey hairs and is ready to settle down.
It's easy to see we're gonna have problems with HG players in the future. If only Josh had the mentality, because he'd be favoured over a foreign talent of similar potential.
That may explain why he didn't go back to Porto for the bus parade, but there was no reason to leave early on the night of the final. When Porto lifted the trophy, he was seen taking his medal off and leaving the pitch.
The vivid description of how he confronted Moratti and told him what he needed fresh after defeat, was the highlight for me. Great philosophy on losing, explains why he never celebrated much when Porto won the CL.
If you want the freedom me and Henrique have, don't become a staff member. I very rarely get personal on here (and I could, considering the amount of info you guys share on your personal lives). It never gets personal, it never gets deeper than the argument.
It doesn't really matter about the wording. If you want the freedom to throw insults at me like that, maybe it's best you demote yourself to a regular member. I'll be sending a PM to Jim shortly, been on here since 2009.. and you're not mod material.
And tbh, I don't care about that either, it's just interesting. Being a fraud and deceiving Chelsea fans about his love and respect for the club is all I care about.
Again, American non-NYC only care about 'face value' in regards to other clubs (to a certain age demographic or how involved they are in the sport). I remember watching a documentary about Beckham moving to LA, those fans knew about him being british/underwear model. Lampard is whatever the NYC marketing men tell you he is.
