  1. Indeed, although it's too early for a statue, they should wait until he retires or dies before erecting one.
  2. It hasn't worked for Arsenal, not on the same level anyway, I doubt many people envy Wenger's reign in it's entirety. Stability for the sake of stability is illogical.
  3. The aims & objectives for Chelsea FC is to be successful.. Any fan who is against 'winning' or indifferent to these objectives, is against the football club.
  4. Malouda should have an assist by now.. should have successfully fed Torres in this half. His decision making is soo poor, why did he not just give him the first time pass?.. Smh.
  5. *sees thread title* Modric & Hazard.. That is all.
  6. There is a iconic image of Zidane’s CL final goal (the volley) ‘blown up’ in the Real Madrid museum captured from behind. I'm just imagining that.. but with this tacky font on the back, and in a 50 years time when the charity may not even be in existence. It's trivial stuff, but nevertheless..
  7. Unicef is a globally recognized charity. Foreign fans and future generations will see this 'right to play' thing as some random font on the back. Most people won't even know about this charity, so you would have to explain it (especially to future generations), defeating the 'good image' purpose. That is all.
  8. I wouldn’t be focusing on it, I’m just looking at the bigger picture (aesthetics aspect) It’s an eyesore and it makes us look like a german club, with all those bullshit sponsors everywhere on the back. Images become iconic.. (If we were to make history). The unicef font on the Barca shirt is rather small, and it's just one colour, so it looks less tacky.
  9. It’s far too big and the yellow colour looks hideous. Images/video clips become iconic... imbedded in history forever, especially if we won the CL for the first time. It's a shame we will now have a tacky charity font on the back.
  10. It looks awful.. If by some incredible miracle we win the CL this season, those celebrations photos are ruined now. At least the unicef font on the back of Barca's kits is very small, and isn't too much of an eyesore. Smh.
  11. Age?... I'm pointing at his squad selection and tactical naivety. It's early in the season, so of course this will seem sudden to some people. We've had enough games to uncover his flaws now though.
  12. The squad is just so poor, and what makes it all worse is that Andre Naive-Boas spent sooo long 'assessing what we had got'. Yet was still adamant we were good enough, even before the asia tour. Andre Naive-Boas bent over and let the club sign Drogba's replacement for 20m, yet Didier is still here.. defeating the purpose. That's 20m that could have gone towards increasing the bid for Modric. Remember this... "No signings, no problem"
  13. It was time for 'fresh blood' in the summer, Andre Naive-Boas spent most of that time "assessing what we had got". For someone supposedly obsessed with scouting reports and the like, you'd think he would have assessed the players before the asia tour.
  14. His flaws are becoming ever present as the games go by.
  15. Funny.. the same people baffled by Bosingwa's 'untouchable status' in the squad, are the ones who defend Andre Naive-Boas. You can't have it both ways, AVB picks the team..
