Luiz has good ball/passing skills for a CB, not for a CM/DM. Hes not fast enough to play CM and he doesnt have positional awareness to play CM. And this passion people talk about is the same passion Rafael has and gets himself into trouble in numerous games because of it.

United werent the better team... I agree the first 10 mins was all United though... Had they converted in that time frame, the game prob would of been different... Also, we didnt look tired in the last 20 mins, we pretty much stop playing hard cause it was 3-0 (and Oscar got subbed out for Mikel)

The thing with Cesar and lb is that he gets beat alot and is out of position a lot. However, his pace makes up for it most of the time...

I think that why people love him here. Its because he publicly made comments about wanting to play for Chelsea... Similar to Lukaku... Therefore, people want him to succeed. If your valuation is 30m, you better be world class lb or close to it....

Good question. I dont know. However, if the valuation is 30m for Shaw, which would imply he is the best lb or at least top 5 in the world... Which is def. not the case. Im sure Rodriguez would be cheaper, not sure bout how much cheaper.
