+1 People on this forum could write a book named "99 reasons why Pedro is not Chelsea fit". On the other hand I spend a lot of time watching European football and I can't find a proper reason why Pedro isn't a good player. He is really fast, play with both feet, good ball control and dribbling. He was one of the most important players in Guardiola system and he still scores and assist a lot even though he is substitution for big money signings Neymar & Suarez.

It doesn't mean that Pedro has become bad player just because he is substitution for Suarez, Neymar or Messi (and they don't rotate front 3 a lot). Pedro is quick winger/second striker who is good with both feet, has good technique and ball control. He can play against deep defensive teams (Barca plays against those defensive minded teams pretty much all the time) and is also good for counter attacking football because he is really fast.

Why are you rating Pedro so low? Everyone suddenly forgot what he did for Barcelona in last 5 years, just because (high price tag) Neymar and Suarez are playing over him. You want to loan youth player without senior experience to Monaco, quaterfinalist of CL? He needs playing time and he won't get it in Monaco or PSV. They have a lot of their own players and even if their own young players are less talented than Musonda, they will still play them over him. Loan him to Vitesse or something like this where he can be starter for whole season. He is 18, he won't ruin his career if he doesn't play in top league next season but he can surely slow down his development if he doesn't play regular football.
