One substitution of out of form player (Fabregas) and we are like 30% better. That makes me even more sad about our situation ... we have enough quality players on our bench but Mourinho lacks rotation. It seems like he is isn't even trying and that bothers me the most. Players like Ramires, RLC, Baba, Kenedy, Traore and Remy should get their chance if starting lineup is underperforming!!! I am not sure why we should buy new players in January (maybe only Costa replacement if he leaves). Some new expensive players would mean end of Chelsea career for our young players and some loanees

His main duties are motivation and tactics and he has failed on both ends of the floor. We are playing 4-2-3-1 formation from day 1 and we are playing with 8 or 9 same players from day 1. On the other hand motivation is even worse ... we were all praising Hazard as the best player in the world next to Messi and Ronaldo in last season, Matić as the best defensive midfielder and so on. Now you are telling me that we need to replace this players (including Costa, Fabregas, ...) because they are sh*t and they are the ones to blame for bad results? You are talking about long term and consistency. But what is there to pursue? We play like sh*t, we have bad results, we don't promote youth, we don't progress on team or individual level and we certainly don't have a great public image because of all the media and press conference crap. TOP4 is not lost if we act quickly but with every game and with every point lost we are further away. Don't wait, just do it! There are still some good coaches out there, but what we need right now is shock therapy. We need to wake up our squad and if it is possible we should bring attacking coach because we need to win every game from now on. Laudrup, Sampaoli, Bielsa ..

I would rather give winter transfer window to new manager .. seems more logic

Or you should rather say that he almost won a league with only 1 world class player? Look at his Swansea spell, they played some fantastic football. His Liverpool side scored 30 more goals than Chelsea in 2013-2014 season. I don't rate him as a bad manager just because he couldn't make it up to TOP4 with players like Marković, Henderson, Lucas, Lallana...

I am really sick of his excuses. Defend the players and take blame for bad results, be a man! It's not everyone elses fault if we are losing with such a quality squad against weaker teams every week. And new theory, it's easier to play with 10 men? Than all out attack in first 10 minutes and than red card is the new football philosophy?

Kenedy, Traore, Remy haven't even started? Zouma was RB at our last PL game so yes he is first 11 since Ivanovic is injured. Mikel started because Matic was suspended. Only Baba than .. one change and our best performer was dropped (Azpi)

You have to realize what Mourinho can and what he can't offer to Chelsea. He is sure one of the best managers in the world and when he leaves Chelsea he will takeover some top club. But what do Chelsea fans want right now? Youth integration, stability, attacking football? We won't get any of those with Jose. He can bring us trophies and good results but on short term. He plays around 8 players all the time since his day 1. Even in Carling cup where all the big teams are playing with their "B" squad we lost with our first 11 once again. He can talk about RLC being part of the team yes, but he talks bullsh*t all the time. Players like Baba, Kenedy, RLC, Traore won't get a proper chance under Mourinho, this is a fact. Even though they have big potential

It would actually be very good to use Oscar as a Fabregas replacement, Willian on nr.10 and Traore/Moses/Kenedy on the wing Courtois Ivanović (Azpi) - Terry (Ivanović) - Zouma (Cahill) - Azpi (Baba?/Ake) Matić (Ramires/Mikel) - Fabregas (Oscar) Traore (Kenedy) - Willian (RLC) - Hazard (Moses) Costa (Remy/Falcao) but most probably one of Traore/Kenedy is going out on loan
