I want Chelsea to be a pressing team that plays with intensity. Not possession, not Tiki-taka, just basic pressing and intensity. We have to develop an identity for our team so that the players instinctively play that way when the match isn't easy. Teams like Bayern and Barcelona hold unto the ball when they're having a tough time because they instinctively play to their training pattern. We on the other hand look like a team that once the game tactics don't work, every player starts playing what he feels like is right without any cohesion. Mourinho just has to get us playing one pattern so that we get used to it, so that even if he doesn't give any match tactics, we won't look so confused and can fall back on our identity.

What happened to our pressing and passing in the whole first half???? We just kept on strolling and giving the ball back to newcastle for a throw-in or freekick like we didn't have any gameplay. That was the worst 45mins I've ever seen since supporting Chelsea. I just can't get over how terrible we were.

He's still a very good player, excellent on counterattacks, he's no silva in terms of controlling the match tempo but his ability is still good. His defensive workrate is poor though.

I'm focusing on the level of his technical quality which is impeccable like benzema. Regarding his shooting, he scored a lot of goals from just outside the box, that's what I said.

Chelsea should value technical quality over everything. Look at lewandowski's technique, strength, ability to shoot from outside the box and holdup play. Literally no weakness, having players with this attributes in every position will make us like 2013 jupp heynckes bayern Munich team which is my hope.
