The consistency for me is his Swansea performance everyweek, even when he didnt score, he was amazing and involved in all our attacking play /goals. That is my expectation, hazard is among the players who don't have huge stats but when you watch any match they play you'll see their value. Hazard is never going to play like bale/ronaldo, he is never that selfish player. We have to realize that his role model is Zidane, someone who was elegant on the ball, but never had huge stats. Bales role model is ronaldo, so you can see that selfish style in him.What I'm saying is he is a team player who rather assists than score, to change that mentality is hard work. He is still young and could become more hungry for goals, but I said the same thing about Iniesta so many years ago but till now Iniesta still is a team player who doesn't have the stats to back up how great he is when you watch him. The importance of a proper finisher(costa) up front has been underestimated, that was the only thing preventing Mourinho from playing more attacking football last season. We would turn to Arsenal attacking in vein then conceding when we miss all our chances. We have to pray Remy is far better finisher than drogba is or I can see Mourinho getting frustrated and going defensive once again if costa is not fit.

That's how important a finisher is. We underestimated Costas importance in our team and this match will put things in perspective. That said, we need fast proactive CB'S rather than slow backing off ones so that we reduce goals on the counter

Anything to praise Mourinho? But seriously some previous posts were putting hazard up amongst the world's best who are all about consistency when he's still on his way to get there. Mourinho stated it as it should be.

I loved that formation, I don't know if it will work against bigger teams but the famous MAZACAR had oscar on the wings and he didnt look out of place. His combination with hazard and fabregas reminded me of them. What I love about this season is that we now score corners because of Fabregas quality crosses. If we are struggling to break down the opponent, we score from the corner. Liverpool and mancity had a that advantage over us last season by a fair margin
