Hazard against tottenham had a free role and didn't have much defensive responsibilities bcos we were chasing the game. His full energy was used only in attack and we should have scored more than 3 with the clear chances we had to be honest. If we could find a formation to leave hazard and Costa up front but only pressing the defenders in possession while oscar follows the rightback, he would have so much energy to put that tottenham performance everyweek. It would be almost like a 4-4-2 Madrid style with hazard playing the ronaldo role of staying up for counterattacks when we defend, while oscar goes to the left. But during attacking, hazard can have a free role to use his reserved energy for attacking to the maximum as ronaldo does. Would love to see this against smaller teams in the league, we don't need more than 8 outfield players defending teams like Leicester and hull. 2 people should stay up so that our counterattacks will be more deadly.

I just hope we don't get more defensive because ivanovic and cahill have no one on one man-marking abilities so need to be babysitted by more of our attack.

He has poor finishing (always seems to misshit his shot) but he tries to take on players and can actually dribble more than Willian /schurlle. He also has the knack to know how to get chances in a match which is a very valuable trait.

We just need someone who can consistently dribble through bodies among our attacking midfielders. I'm fed up with hazard doing it alone.

The firsthalf was wasted without oscar and Willian energy. Our subs are not good enough. Once a player is missing from our team, we don't win.
