  1. I was on another forum earlier *hangs head in shame* and after the match the Goners were ripping shreds off each other http://forum.talkchelsea.net/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/thumbsup.gif It was only a draw ffs, such bad losers
  2. Underhanded digs.......such as..... And in the first post in this thrread....... We've had players out injured...major players and now that they are back in the team he wants all the plaudits ????Dont think so Thats just a few that I've came across recently
  3. Joe Cole would be the prefered choice imo. Both would be comfy at changing flanks throughout a game, although, I would think he'd be given the role behind the strikers in a 4-3-1-2 formation. might suit him better, and he'd defo be the creative player we are "apparently" searching for
  4. Er........yes he is. Numerous times when ever he gets a chance he will have a dig. If I've to start a thread with digs aimed at Jose by Grant then I will. It would be different if Grant had won various titles and trophies before he took the post, then he would have a bit bite in his digs, but really....what has he done to even be mentioned in the same breath as JM.Feck all !!!The sooner RA stops playing the old pals act the better
  5. RA wanted the best and got Mourinho....call it a clash of personalities if you want, but they didnt get on. Jose wanted things done his way and vice versa. Now.....would you consider Grant being the next best thing?...I certainly wouldnt. Will Grant stand up to RA....?. Hell no. He's already saying "I want to play attacking football", which is what RA wanted Jose to do.And whats more, he thinks that having pot shots at Jose will make RA like him more....pathetic really
  6. He knew exactly what he was in for, he was sitting in the background like a vulture waiting to feast. He wasnt brought in by chance.....This was a well thought out process in which no matter what Jose done he was gonna get the shove. And looky who we have just happening to be here....."Vultureman". Conveniently in the set up of the club, conveniently RA's mate, conveniently getting to know the team, etc....The team havent changed in terms of spirit and fight. He hasnt done anything whatsoever to me or anyone else to show that he has changed our style of to this so-called "attacking swagger" that he proclaimed he would do. Same team, same spirit, same style, same set up. The only thing different is that we now have someone who is trying to big himself up by slating Jose at every given opportunity. How does he get respect for belittling the most successful manager in our history ????
  7. He's one player who could actually do well for us. He's already shown he can stick the ball away in the Premiership and is young and hungry. He's making a breakthrough at the goners this year after being loaned out for a while, but would they want to sell him to us after nurturing him into what he is now ???Probably nothing will come out of it as usual
  8. I think if he played and wanted to impress against us he would be giving his all. That would mean going into every tackle fully committed, which could result in an injury to as I've said before, one of our main players, which would weaken our team.
  9. Vitalfootball: QPR Makes sense, would be shit if he put Lamps or JT out with a clumsy tackle for 6 months.......
  10. Heres a new one to keep you occupiedSNIFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF...........smells like Ethels fishnets
  11. I cant see us doing an Everton on them......their defence may have more holes than a tea-bag, but its seldom a team gets hammered like that quite often. They won last week so they will be a bit of a high. Keane will want a top performance out of them, but we'll be putting in a performance to better that.We should win this quite easily.....71 and counting
  12. As much as I'd like to see this happen I doubt he will ever hit his form for Chelsea. He will stay till the summer at least, because getting a quality striker who can play in the C/L will be practically impossible. COme the summer he will be off I reckon with a top striker coming in as a replacement. We may well need another one for Drogba too. Nothing is certain just yet.
  13. Agreed....Joses decisions were based on having the game already played out in his head.....If this happens I will do this, If we score first we will do this, If its zero zero ...at half time I will do this.Grants decisions are..... If this happens what will I do?, If they score first what will I do?, If its zero zero at half time what will I do?I know its taking the piss, but thats how I see it. In management terms Jose was in a different class, Grant strikes me as hes in the class with his big thick crayola crayons
  14. I can honestly see Clarke leaving in the summer, keeping him on was probably....as you say...to sweeten the blow of losing Jose. I wouldnt be surprised if whoever took the Scotland job didnt ask him to be their number 2. They are in no rush to appoint a manager, they could have a stand in for a while till they get the right man.You never know
  15. Strange.......Welcome, nice to see you persisted
