Our squad is just as good as Juve and Shakthar (not better though). Changing the players bought this season would just change the wholes to different areas of the pitches. We should have had a planned system and a decent role to each of our players. We are playing bad because of our lack of competence.

They are the main priorities because we already filled the n10 spot buying Hazard and Oscar. I wont denny you are right pointing those 2 gaps on our squad. I just feel it was more important to secure Hazard and Oscar this season and then buy ST and DM next season, since they are still available. With our budget, it was either ST+DM or Hazard+Oscar.

I know we lack players in the positions you mentioned. To be honest though, you would just say we bought ST and DM without buying n10s. We had too much of a shop list to complete it in one season.

FUCK, Mourinho wasnt even the manager and we hadnt even bought anyone. Dont judge what you dont know. All I was saying is that he brought us international visibility and it made a lot of today`s fan. I will support CFC, but I will admit I only came to meet Chelsea when Roman bought it. It was such an explosion on Brazilian media and I felt connected with the team after doing some research. If it wasnt for Roman, many of us would not be a fan, just because some would not even know Chelsea or because their special player would not have played here. It depends on what you count as success. If it means trophies... Right now, there are basically 10 teams with money to build a strong team (RM, Barcelona, Bayern, BVB, ManUtd, ManCity, Chelsea, Juve, PSG and Shakthar), of those, 7 proves stability and long term thinking means trophies (RM, Barcelona, Bayern, BVB, ManUtd, Juve and Shakthar). If success is a better position then they would have been... Arsenal, Brasil, Corinthians, Udinese, Porto, etc.

What is the point in temporalily replacing RDM. If we win anything, it will just create doubt at the end of the season. RDM could have easily end up with CWC and COC and in top4.

No it is not, he promissed his family to spend one year with them in NYC (which was his kid`s dream). He is already missing football, he said he might even comeback in January in a interview for ESPN a few weeks ago.

@TorontoChelsea, our fans have the mentality an outside intervention is always a saving grace. It could be a manager or big names for 50mi. We have to work to improve certain major problems we are facing, destroying what is being done and restart is putting us on a vicius cycle and stopping us form moving foward.

Kojo, you just proved my point. I am in no position to be giving you such advise, but I feel compelled to do it. Being unflexibel wont take you anywhere, it might not provoque any conseguence in this forum, but it will in your life. Stop trying to fight everyone else and try to understand what they are trying to say, then (with you disagree) give your arguments instead of provoking.

FUCK, you have a hard time understanding others point of view (I am not talking about me). I am saying buying a good player does not mean he will thrive. He might not adpt to the language, city, coach, team mates, etc. He will need a good training session and a well planned one. That we dont have right now, so I think this is our main problem right now, not the players. I know De rossi is a better player, that is not what i am arguing. I am only asking for us to try every possible way with our current players. Look at SAF, he tries everything before giving up. Sometimes it works (Rafael, De Gea, Wellbeck) and sometimes it doesnt (Anderson, Carrick, Nani, etc). When they dont, he buys a better player, but never goes buying a whole team in one transfer window. We will get way less money this season, we have already spent 80mi and people still want us to spent another 80mi in January. This is insane! We must work things out with what we have, we can improve only by training and buying a striker. There is no need for panic buys this season. Wait until we can fully evalute all our players, sell who we need in the summer and then buy the right replacements.
