Pjanic's prime may be ahead of him, but he's a player you can plug into the starting lineup RIGHT NOW, not in the future. He's not a wonderkid or a talent anymore, he's starter quality and he's only going to get better with the years.

He's been Roma's best player the last 4-5 games since Zeman has embedded him in his starting 11. He's also a free-kick specialist which is wonderful. Here is his goal against Lazio in the derby recently; I watch him for Bosnia-Herzegovina as well, and he's always the best player on the team, even at such a young age. Already has something crazy like 50 NT caps (including friendlies) under his belt.
