We should just wait on Rüdiger to be fully fit. In the 3 CB system, we had Cahill and Luiz, who had height, so in the end Azpi lack in heightdid not much matter. But having just Christensen is not enough,especially in the PL.

I think that is the plan. Lamps mentioned his name in the post match interview. I expect him to give James a fair shot. James at least can cross the ball ten times better than Azpi and he can dribble. Azpi looks lost in 1 vs 1 situations in the opposite half. We have two big strikers in Giroud and Abraham and we have no fullbacks that can cross. Emerson at least can strike the ball, dribble and shoot, but Azpi offers nothing in the offensive play.

Way to small for a CB.

The problem is that Chelsea Fans expect our striker to score every time. Even players like Drogba and Costa score eery time. Abraham´s chance was not easy to score, but he made a pretty decent shot. Apart from that, his hold up play was good, expecially in the first half. There is not much that Abraham could have done because he did not ge that many good balls. We need good crossers for players like Giroud and Abraham. Azpi is not able to deliver those crosses.. All in all, I think that our offensive game was sometimes very promising, but we need to improve from the back. Zouma is a huge liability and Rüdiger needs to get fit as soon as possible. James should get a fair chance against Azpi. I hope that CHO and RLC will be back because we could need a good crosser like CHO.

Abraham and Emerson should have scored today. Zouma should not have made that weird tackle and we clearly need Rüdiger back. I am not even a fan of Rüdiger, but at least he can pass the ball safely. Kante is back to his best position, which is good and he was not bad when he came on. What I think really is shocking is that we have two big strikers with Tammy and Giroud and we have no players that can cross. We really need CHO and James. RLC is also very needed. Nobody was good enough for Pogba today and I think Kante and RLC would have made Pogba´s game more difficult

With Mount and Barkley, we should have at least a little bit of creativity. Mount will probably shoot a lot from distance, while Barkley will try to play some through balls to Mount, Tammy and Pedro

I clearly don´t like Sterling at all, but Guardiola made him world class. Last year, Sterling was in my opnion better than Mane. Sterling´s work rate is insane, his speed, is dribbling is finally ery complete and he can score goals too. He still looks weird when he runs though

I would not want him here. Luiz was not loyal to us at all twice. Cech at least had reason to go. I remember seeing him on the bench all the time. Luiz did not even fight for his place

Let him leave. He is not that good. Only thing that we will miss is that he won´t play his great through balls for us any more.Apart from that, he will not be missed. I actaully even think that losing Alli is not that bad for Spurs. Lucas can play his role and probably do better. Alli really was not that good last season, especially in the big games. He is not a good winger. Asa second striker, he is way better.

The most important player for our defense is actually Kante. If Kante is in his prime mode again, we will look way better. RLC is also good in the defensive phase (I know Sarri words haha) and that should make us way better. I still can´t decide who our two centre backs should be. Rüdiger and Zouma lack too much in technique and Rüdiger is not that good in his position game. Zouma is too bad at passing, but that pair would be physical beasts. Luiz and Rüdiger is also not that good and we could see that last season. Rüdiger grew on me later on the season, but Luiz has to many weaknesses. But in the offensive point of view,he is one of the best in the world... Christensen is a player that has a lot of qualitites, but really needs to get more strenght. Right now, I think Rüdiger and Luiz/Christensen would be the best starting CBs for the season.But don´t forget the fact that Azpi is not doing great either... Only Emerson should be a starter because he is speed will be very beneficial for us and he has good technique. He is better than Alonso, who showed tonight that he does not think when he defends...

Two great balls? I must have missed one. One was a mistake from the defender and let´s be honest, even players like Ronaldo, Messi and Drogba have missed those kind of chances because strikers don´t expect those weird mistakes.

Kovacic horrible performance. Also, e are playing very bad passes to Abraham. Abraham is making good runs, but all of our offensive players seem to lack in the final pass, at least til now
