I love Kalou but he soooo frustrating. If i was managing him I'd definitely give him extra training in finishing, and at the moment use him on 60-70 mins ala Solskaer. The bloke is a fantastic athlete, but hasnt seemed to improved , even with all those great players around him.

Doubtless UEFA will feel the need to come down on somebody, and I wouldnt bet on Chelsea not being in the firing line. There are plenty of ways round this 'operating profit' marker, as most companies practice 'creative accounting' of some sort and tax avoidance -eg Abramovich pays no UK tax. In reality this UEFA ruling is a warning shot to try and curb excessive spending and put the brakes on an already out of control scenario. Can you really imagine Real Madrid or Barcelona being penalised or denied access to European competition ? What Platini et al should be really looking at are the clubs that are bought with loans -eg Man Utd, and the excessive interest payments borne by fans that go into the Glazers pockets. End of the day there will be much huffing and puffing by UEFA and all the big clubs will creatively balance their books
