  1. You've eloquently won the argument. No need to elaborate. Brilliant.
  2. I think RA controls those two puppets though. At the end of the day hes only doing what all the American Premiership Club owners are doing. In fact not as bad, its not 100% profit hes after, -but he does want it to be all his in case Putin demands the Russian peoples money back. The club has to understand we can't just give up CPO on a loose promise of someone possibly doing something good a few years from now, maybe. I am not someone who says he would never consider a move away from SB, I would, I would consider any serious proposal, but at the moment we have nothing tangible except a "Trust us" and them wheeling out JT in a very transparent act of cheap PR.
  3. Not looking to leave. We suppose. The oligarchs are being rained in, hence the case with Berezovsky. Life takes mad turns a lot of the time -again fanciful -but guaranteed theres enough people who'd like to put bullet in Abramovich -and who'd have thought MHs' helicopter would crash.? I think RA getting full control of SB as an insurance policy. If hes not, then make all the CPO shares transferable to the new groiund . Simples.
  4. Not that ridiculous LDN . Conspiritorial I know, but is it any coincidence that RA could potentially lose £3bn in two months time, but also want the ability to sell off the whole club at a momemts notice ?
  5. Interesting, and they seem to have it all sewn up already,. Its the arrogance of a few multi-millionaires treating the people who propped up the club in hard times and kept the club going, by treating them like mushrooms (kept in the dark and fed on bullshit) that winds up the real fans If they were a bit more up front and said ''this is what we want to do, what do you think ?'' There is s solution as far as I can see. I think the move is inevitable, but the CPO's should be given a transferable ownership clause, thereby stopping Abramovich selling his plaything at a future date because some other Berezovsky has come out the woodwork and he potentially loses the case. After all, would he rather lose his 4 multi million pound yachts , or sell a category A football club in a brand new stadium in central London, when the arse has fallen out of the Soccer Business ? Only he can answer that.
  6. Afternoon Steve Its mainly the latter. The underhand way its being done, and we're supposed to swallow that these club employees are speaking of their own accord. Funny how it went from a small part of the original statement that actually mentioned the possibility of moving, to - two weeks later - our club captain talking about how great it will be at our big, new stadium. That sort of underhandedness is central to what has caused so many supporters to campaign to vote 'No'. So that's now Terry, Cundy, Minto and Harris who have all spoken in favour of the move. One thing they all have in common, other than being ex-players: they are all currently employed by Chelsea Football Club. All of them have been quoted on the official website too. Would love an ex-player to have the balls to come out and say, they'd vote 'No' - wonder if that would be top story on the website? Ok it maybe the FFP may be a factor, so may Abramovich possibly having £3bn less in his wallet shortly be another factor.
  7. Bollocks to John Terry as a conduit Admire the fella as a footballer and no one can question that he puts something back in on the charity front, but he's just passing through and has no real concept of why the CPO was set up. He says trust Roman, I'd say hold on, there is a fella down the road suing him for £3.5 billion because he trusted him and got burnt (allegedly). I'd like to hear from the man himself not suits full of fuck all like Buck and Gourlay using Terry as a puppet
  8. The way we're playing at the moment 100% confident of a win -albeit they'll score as well. Prob from a set piece
  9. Old Gene Hackman is not noted for his diplomacy, similar to Ferguson in his bluntness, and has lived on a long gone reputation for too long....
  10. . Could never wish for a win by the Murderers. Hope the two American Soccer franchises kick shit out of each other though. More importantly a draw the following Sunday when the Manc clubs play each other.....
  11. He denies any intention to move -yet bought 100 shares in April giving him 100 votes. Whats he doing multiple votes to stay ? Dont think so. Other interesting things on that prog -eg Man City are only where they are because of the Commonwealth Games. Sheik Mansour and his cronies only interested in Citeh because they inherited that stadium. Which suggests that if West Ham had managed to secure the Olympic Stadium, some rich billionaire would have come along and had them as a playything as well.....
  12. ..and had a 'special' briefing on how to vote.. Miss old Tony Banks , he would have no doubt vehemently opposed the move
  13. ''Is he a referee or a thief ? '' Jose Bosingwa I think he was just fucking useless - though wouldnt be at all surprised if he got a nice fat brown envelope for the selective blindness....
  14. . Bruce Buck Bought 100 shares at £100 each back in April -this gives him 100 votes. http://www.independe...rs-2369066.html
  15. Know what you mean. Seems like a genuine couple that have won it too. Theyre going to make 20 of their friends millionaires. Waiting for the call...
  16. Richmond is a lovely place to live and bring up kids -Richmond Park, and Pen Ponds an oasis.in the city. Less and less of the regulars go to the bridge now , and most watch on TV as you say. This might become more of a niche market if Liverpool get their way of selling individual TV rights. Can see other clubs quicly following suit....
  17. BRAVEHEART!!! FREEDOM !!!!!! have that you Spanish Bastards -the comeback starts here ! (maybe not)
  18. Live on BBC 2 chaps -the sweatys about to get battered by Spain
  19. Will do. Wouldnt trust that Buck as far as I could kick him
  20. ...but he wants to get a season ticket and sit with the real fans http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-15253038 Roman will tap him up for a few quid....
  21. Nice .Agree with that , definite no.no. . Try and stick around
  22. No way, Bethams my first school -parents dragging me to Holy Cross, never made it to Costons over the road though. Small world indeed. Richmond a bit of a step up, lovely place , and lovely house prices as well !
  23. Top post Mike . Where've you been rodders ?
  24. True. Brung up in Goring Way.Too young for pubs etc then, let alone QPR rivalry -but Rangers fans I've met since are obsessed with Chelsea
