That's the real shocker Starman Alonso was alright, and never mind about the commentator saying he should have been sent off-Andone and Stephens led a charmed life and should have seen red
-
Hope so -Vespers usually good with that
-
Very rare that I want a Yernited win, but hope they beat the Wall Pushers today
-
Thanks for that UJ -yeah haven't subscribed to Murdochs 'Times' -the old tortoise gets enough off me for Sky One thing for sure the media are on a roll nailing Chelsea and their fans atm. What is funny is to Google the journos- you see what a right bunch of red supporting pricks they are.

The Daily Fail has ad nauseum stories about Sterling, Headhunter banners, Chelsea racists etc. The comments are 'moderated'. They have one story about Sterling being the new face of a Nike advert on the back of the ''vicious racism he was subjected to at Stamford Bridge''. I commented that it was ''alleged'' and that if those middle aged blokes were guilty they would have been charged by now. Like I said the comments are 'moderated' so mine did not appear. Bbbbbbbut….they have now re written the story, saying 'alleged racism' We're in an age, with twitter etc when an opinion is just as important as a fact , and where offence is a badge of worthiness. I think political correctness is great -racism, sexism, homophobia etc is divisive and there is no place for it. But this has now been superceded, hijacked by the notion 'I'm offended', This has given massive ammunition to the right, and people are fed up being called 'nazis' etc. (This actually strengthens real Nazis) and a backlash to all this chastisement is populist protest - Trump, Brexit etc. Sunday morning rant, I'll shut up now.

Was at a few of those cost 150 000 back in the day, which Bates wasn't that happy with -but what a gem he was. We'd be top if we had him up front now.
-
After the alleged racist shouting at Sterling, (surely if it were proven we would have heard by now ?), and the Sp*rs song at Videoton that has been sung for decades, what's the betting some journalists will pick up on some 'homophobic' chanting at Brighton as most other teams fans do. Bit of a pattern emerging. Anyway let the team do the talking, should be a safe three points, let's have Hazard returning to form

Came off his dreadlocks. Ampadu needs to sort out his barnet

They did. Its worth £500 000 apparently. Didn't mention the décor or whether the boiler needed replacing. They are the lowest of the low- articles every day inviting racism, a video of a thug smashing his takeaway into a homeless persons face filmed by his mates-then at the end the Daily Mail flashes up ''We Pay Cash for Videos''. Incitement in my book.

His address, wife, kids etc all printed and he hasn't been found guilty of anything. I googled the 'chief reporter' Ipswich fan who hates Chelsea
-
Nice if true - love Cesc but is essentially a luxury player, as is Morata -a 3rd choice striker. Higuaín would be good

Fixed it for you.

It's in the hands of the Met, and there were a lot of their finest waiting at the bottom of gate 14. The media at the moment qualify all their coverage with 'alleged'. Their lawyers have obviously advised such. This doesn't stop the John Barnes's. Rios;, and Kick it Out (who have well paid jobs dependent on it not being 'kicked out') from being jury. judge. and executioners already. I hope they do, if there is no proven racist abuse, and conversely the bloke is banned if proven otherwise. You'd think the lip reading services that they use for Mourinho, Pep etc would have been able to be employed on this to reach a swift conclusion.
-
Think 99.9% of people condemn racist abuse. But with this the media have become judge. jury and executioner before anything has been proven at all. The mud will stick even if it's clear he shouted ''You Manc cunt''. The black guy in the crowd on TV this morning said he heard nothing racist. What hasn't been mentioned is that Sterling was getting general abuse because he'd taken out Luiz five minutes before, and this happens at every corner at every ground.
-
Media just concentrating on Sterling 'incident'. Completely overshadowed what was a fantastic performance. Whether there was racial abuse or not -the mud will stick now
-
Lip readers will be able to determine one way or another whether it was ''Manc cunt''- hard to fathom that someone whose all time hero is probably Drogba said black cunt - but there are morons out there...
-
I'm not saying it did or didn't happen but is it very possible he said Manc cunt and black cunt confused Sterling. If it's the incident I'm thinking of then there's also a black guy right in earshot of everything. who doesn't react....
-
Good point -if Pep has a weakness, it's underestimating and not giving respect to opponents, just belief in that they are better.
-
Lose at Wolves then this performance... God I love being a Blue, a Chelsea Blue
-
I remember the same allegations levelled at Pep during his first season - however the difference being he was given unlimited cash -£150million on fullbacks, then gets LaPorte as well etc. I'm also seeing a pattern of just employing 2 strikers in the full squad. Pretty sure Conte and Sarri would prefer a minimum of 3. So it comes back to our board in a way, in terms of cash flow for managers. What they do is just get another gaffer in, which masks the problems. Some blame with allowing sari to bring Jorginho when we have the best defensive midfielder in the World already. Talking of which if Jorginho starts against Citeh I am going down the pub ay half time...
-
Sarri clock is ticking -tick,tock,tick,tock, Next.....
-
No drive or sheer desire to stick it in the onion bag, 70% possession and 3 shots on target. Also so predictable -other seasons and we're losing you think and hope we can get a late one -with this shower I started watching United v Arse for the last 5 minutes because you knew we wouldn't score. Fucking abysmal.
-
We just aren’t clinical enough at the top end of the pitch. We look like Arsenal under Wenger, pretty but at times but also very ineffectual.
-
Another 5-1 please
