Oh, I see. Thanks for the information.
-
Anyone knows, is Baltemar Brito still become Jose's assistant?
-
I believe, we are all here feel the same, mate. Hopefully that news about we have made an official approach is not fake.
-
Because of dailymail?? they wrote this sentence : "The manager went to Wembley to watch the Championship play-off final between Crystal Palace and Watford, presumably to watch Chelsea youngster Nathaniel Chalobah, who plays for the Hornets on loan." http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2331559/Jose-Mourinho-spotted-London--Boss-seen-Chelsea-Harbour.html

Chelsea line up bid for £8m-rated Vitesse midfielder Van Ginkel http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2331843/Chelsea-line-bid-Vitesse-midfielder-Marco-van-Ginkel.html The shortest article I've ever seen, lazy journo.

Please, just make it happen.. :cfc:

Exactly, I consider it as an "old" story. By the time, it seems nobody make an official offer for Cavani. And after reading that article we can assume he is not interested going anywhere, except Spain. Just take a look at this news several hours ago => Cavani ignoring talk of Napoli departure http://espnfc.com/news/story/_/id/1461503/cavani-ignoring-talk-napoli-departure?cc=4716 Napoli striker Edinson Cavani plays down talk of a move away from the club http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/12962/8738427/Napoli-striker-Edinson-Cavani-plays-down-talk-of-a-move-away-from-the-club I will highlight this sentences : “Real Madrid, Chelsea and [Manchester] City are interested in me? I just think about Napoli,” he told Ovacion Digital. "If an important offer were to come in, I will talk with president De Laurentiis." Now, if Jose make a bid for him with a large amount of money and convince him to join us, I believe the possibility is still there at the moment. 2 or 3 days ago it seems he will only gone to Spain, today the situation has changed. That's what I'm trying to say.
-
Ah, that would be the point. Thanks. It is an old story I believe. I would like to see Cavani's father reaction if 30/40 + millions bid has been made for his son.
-
This. I believe 2nd or 3rd June will be a historic day for us.
-
As much as excited I am with this news, somebody please explain to me, how come we are the first one who make official contact with Napoli for Cavani, but City still ahead than us?
-
Thanks. It is a done deal then.
-
Surely it's a fake? Pardon, source? It is a genuine proof the deal has been done if it is true.
-
Perhaps I have to ask you back what makes you so sure we have made a bid? I think we haven't made a bid for him. There is no way Aurelio De Laurentiis not saying anything to media, if there was 30+ millions offer has been made.
-
Soon, this thread will be closed... We should leaves every good player who play in Bundesliga, because Bayern would sign all of them.
-
I hope Jose would give Courtouis a chance to train with the first team squad for the first time and hopefully played him in a couple pre season matches, just to remind him about his club. I'm afraid he lost "Chelsea's sense of belonging" if we loan him too many.
-
The problem is we yet make a bid for Cavani at the moment and I'm afraid we won't make it in time. If I can remember well, isn't we make a bid for Hazard even RDM still not appointed yet last season? Why we are not doing something like that with Cavani?
-
Seriously, we are run out of "top class striker" options now. Lewandowski to Bayern, Falcao to Monaco, Neymar to Barcelona. I think, we must bid Cavani as soon as possible after Jose officially announced.
-
Seriously, it is most likely will happen.
-
Lol, here is the news comes from "more reliable" sites => Edinson Cavani could be part of swap deal with Manchester City's Edin Dzeko, says Napoli president http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/teams/manchester-city/10070627/Edinson-Cavani-could-be-part-of-swap-deal-with-Manchester-Citys-Edin-Dzeko-says-Napoli-president.html Napoli hold talks with Man City over Cavani & Dzeko http://www.espn.co.uk/football/sport/story/208361.html That was old news though (21 May).

Yes, set for medical according to some newspapers => Radamel Falcao set for medical at Monaco ahead of £51m transfer http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2013/may/26/falcao-transfer-monaco-medical Transfer news: Radamel Falcao set for Monaco medical, according to reports http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11838/8736774/Transfer-news-Radamel-Falcao-set-for-Monaco-medical-according-to-reports Radamel Falcao is set to have a medical with Monaco before moving from Atletic Madrid to France http://www.foxsports.com.au/football/radamel-falcao-is-set-to-have-a-medical-with-monaco-before-moving-from-atletic-madrid-to-france/story-e6frf423-1226651055614

Intense pre-season to cost us next season?
edenhazard17 replied to LDN Blue's topic in Matthew Harding Stand
I realized that some people concerned about this, mainly because lacked squad depth we have last season. But if we add some player out on loan, reserves and academy. Take a look at this squad list we have : GK Petr Cech Henrique Hilário (Possible Released) Thibaut Courtois Jamal Blackman Matej Delač DF Branislav Ivanović Ashley Cole David Luiz (Confederations Cup) Paulo Ferreira (Possible Released) Gary Cahill John Terry César Azpilicueta Ryan Bertrand Sam Hutchinson Patrick van Aanholt Jeffrey Bruma Andreas Christensen Nathan Aké Tomáš Kalas Nathaniel Chalobah Kenneth Omeruo (Confederations Cup) Wallace Todd Kane MF Oriol Romeu Ramires Frank Lampard Juan Mata Oscar (Confederations Cup) Mikel (Confederations Cup) Eden Hazard Marko Marin Yossi Benayoun (Possible Released) Michael Essien Kevin De Bruyne Josh McEachran Gaël Kakuta Ruben Loftus-Cheek Billy Clifford Thorgan Hazard FW Fernando Torres Demba Ba Victor Moses (Injury) Romelu Lukaku Lucas Piazón Islam Feruz Patrick Bamford Other Reserves and Academy : Sam Walker George Saville Daniel Pappoe Alex Davey Adam Nditi Amin Affane Tika Musonda Lamisha Musonda Alex Kiwomya Milan Lalkovič Ulises Dávila Anjur Osmanović Jhon Pírez Joao Rodríguez Released : Florent Malouda Ross Turnbull Archange Nkumu Aziz Deen-Conteh I think we should be fine. :eyebrows: -

I think they will be fine. Just take a look at MU preseason tour last year as a comparison. (see image below) -
How come they even have a time to discussed about this?

Glad, at least finally the saga is over.
