I also wanted to become firefighter. As a kid. When I was 4 years old... but fair enough, it is a dangerous but honourable profession. A distant relative of mine works for the firebrigade. He does a lot of strength&endurance training. Firefighters have to be really really fit for obvious reasons (strain because of the smoke, wearing of a 25kg fire armor) I don't know whether you tend to gain weight easily or have a hard time doing so, but I'd recommend strength training 3 times a week with compound movements,medium range repititions and short pauses between the sets and high intensity cardio with sprinting intervalls on the other 4 days. this will be enough to give you the basics. The most important thing is you give it you all in the firebrigade's own training. There you also do a variety of specific exercises than prepare you for your missions. lol. tired. He does rarely play more than once a week. I think 2 games in 4 days will not impede him in any way. He is a professional athlete FFS. we always tend to overestimate that fatigue. it is one thing playing 80 matches per season, esp as midfielder in 8 competitions for which you have to travel all over the world and an completely other one to play once per week up front without too much travelling stress where he did ok in a match that was hard to officiate.

CBs are only expensive when they are hyped, but cos the world is more interested in offensive players, not many are. Subotic, though, is hyped, I argue u can get an equally good defender for half the price.
