I can't believe how lucky we are to have upgraded our midfield so greatly in just one transfer window. Both Danny and Baka are so much better than Matic it does not reall seem right to call them replacements. They offer so much more in terms of skill, movement, passing and dribbling that I expect our game to become much more fluent. Also we can counter more efficiently now as less balls will get directly lost again because of Matics wayward touches and inaccurate passing. There is no more slowing the game down because of his one sidedness but more Danny or Baka carrying the ball forward with their decisive runs. Also I think we will concede less needless fouls because some Serbian beanpole sticks out his twiggy legs to hurt people with his pointy bones.

I believe that Drinkwater Kante is a way superior midfield than Kante matic. Whilst in leicesters title winning season they were equivocal midfield partners, with us it always looked like Kante was carrying matic. Not only Is Matic too clumsy to really profit from the turnovers Kante forces. Drinkwater is way better on his weaker foot has a better Touch, is less ponderous on the ball, always looks to release it as soon as possible to make a forward pass. Also Drinkwater is faster, more agile and displays Better movement and runs.

This agenda the media has against us is disgusting. They really try to stir up things and create a conflict that is not there. Without the sightest of hints they make up stories about unrest and lack of trust etc and pack it into articles titled " do Chelsea still trust Conte" which are as unfounded as they are uninspired. Chelsea who? the fans? love him. Abramovich? Not heard a word of him as always. Emenalo? has been his usual jovial self. The board? Just gave him a pay rise. I don't know about you but if i do not trust someone or plan to fire him i don't give him a pay rise. I really hope you are right. Moses today was an absolutely typcial performance of his. Causing all sorts of havoc on the right side but producing absolutely nothing. Defensively he was great today albeit not challenged. Moses hit the first defender with his crosses every time, Azpi attempts one cross and makes a goal. That is the difference in quality. I can see Azpi is defensively so strong everyone will rather have him as RB or RCB but I do not see why he can not be a quality RWB. He is fast, comfortable on the Ball and a good crosser, he should be fine there. Morata is such a beast in the air, Alonso and Azpi providing him with quality crosses will be a massive asset.

Average performance but still a well taken goal and assist. Once he is fully fit and embedded in the team he will take some stopping. Fast, good movement and link ipnplay, great in the air, good on the ball. There are not many strikers like this out there.
