but we wont get him, they are asking 72m and hes a bit of a one-season wonder so far. still not sold on him.
-
so who do you suggest for left-footed RW? and i think Lozano is more or less ambipedal, has a very good left foot.
-
What a striker he is. Literally. I have seen goals like that scored a few but seldom of that magnitude. Consistently Scoring half chances in big games where clear chances are rare is the mark of world class attackers.
-
better have 3 than 2 good players for the wings. i can see situations were that super pacey, direct pulisic/lozano attack is better and when we want to break teams down, isco would be really valuable. but i doubt, REal are gonna give him to us. and if they did i would rather seem him in midfield tbh.
-
i am quite sure we will deploy one of them on the left cos, lets face it, hazard will leave. I also see us not extending pedro's and willian's deals so one of them is off for sure in summer. there will be plenty off space on the wing positions left and the board are not too stupid to see tha tour wings are ageing and short of cover. imo Lozano is better on the left anyway. He was absolutely devastating when Mexico beat Germany at the WC.

rather wilson than Arnautovic IMO but both are not good enough. i wouldn't take them for anything more than a free. the rumoured 50m are madness and the deal will never be this big but wilson is at least hg.

Dortmunf are creaming themselves with how stupid we were to take off their deadwood and even oay 65m for it. But even if he is just average the amis will all buy his shirt and fund this transfer. Disappointed he got loaned back tho. Really got fucked by their negotiators.

Because they have 3 colpetent strikers, we have 0
-
And how these fuckers rolled up for mancity and tjen suddenly found their balls vs us typical
-
I hatr how tje commentatots are celebrating sputhamptons dirty anti football and how the ref once again robbed us
-
Still was a pen
-
Alonso just fucking retire
-
Chelsea getting fucked by corrupted refs - pope still catholic
-
Hasenhüttl is a great coach btw. His philosophy is based on high pressing and quick attacks after winning the ball..for him, posession play is just to tire the opponent or win set pieces. Need to be super careful when playing out of tje back even tho Southanpton have yet to adapt fully to his style
-
Just out of curiosity why didn you like him? I always hated that his form decined at end of season and he is tiny and slow af but as a person he seened to be likeable.
-
really should make a few offensive signings now. Not that the board will bother but we fucking need a goalscorer.
-
I really liked Emerson on the wing as a sub because he can break out of the press and did some great work creating space out of a tight defensive situations with his dribbling today adn also vs Watford. Also i think he wanted a player on that side to keep tabs on zaha. Emerson is really good in attack IMO just a bit shaky. in defence albeit no worse than jogging Alonso
-
by not going nearer to him than 10 yards. I think Agüero has forced a restraining order on Southamptons entire backline. Absolutely mad how easy Sohtampton gifted City the win here. own goal and practically also gifted the 3rd with that torrid piece of defending. And we all know that they will turn up vs us next time. That beign said. We also beat Crystal palace easily after they smacked city.

tbf this Palace team under this manager suck any joy out of football, just stacking 11 men in the box, hoofing the ball upwards. If the opposition does not wanna play football and we can still beat them comfortably why bother wasting too much effort. I have to admit i missed big parts of the game due to my shitty internet connection on the travel(Germany is stuck in medieval infrastructure-wise) but what i saw was that we patiently passed the ball around with maximum control (apart from willian who let it run out of play for fun) and palace barely had a look in. Even at 0-0 i was confident some individual magic would give us the win at some point. Ofc we are not an exciting team, we have almost 0 creativity. Barkley and Jorginho are hardly created too provide breakthroughs with their Apart from two zaha shots to the stands i did not witness any chances from them, our defenders especially Luiz and Azpi were superb. Ofc our offense is shit apart from Hazard but that is a known problem and we know whose fault that is.

What a player keeps on improving. Some players sulk when played out of positon, but kante just soldiers on, adapts and does what he is asked to. When he first came here his passing was mediocre, he got some stick for it and now it is immaculate. Begnning of the season his offensive off-the ball movement was very minimal and now he keeps making those run whenever Jorginho or David are on the ball. If you tel this guy to score from the halfway line he will master it weeks later . What a character this guy is. An absolute inspiration this guy, not only for footballers but for mankind in general, there is nothing you can't master with his attitude.

Today was another low, the amount of times a ball went out of play just because Willi could not care less about chasing the pass was painful. Please just leave. 65m everybody... 65 fucking millions
-
so relieved we missed out on golovin. has been complete rubbish at monaco. the low level of the world cup and the russian league flattered him but he is a below average player.
-
makes you wonder what happened to the art of passing. given he is probably our best long range passer in the team We used to have Lamps, Deco and Ballack and now if we lose Fabregas we basically have no passing range whatsoever. Probably has to do with the centre-backs doing more long range passing nowadays. anyways, i understand cescs desire to play, albeit i think he is a bit overestimating himself.

some say we even have a buy back clause. However, not even Thorgan imself knows^^ https://www.football.london/chelsea-fc/thorgan-hazard-chelsea-transfer-clause-15432901 but from the sound of it, he would not say no if we were to bid for him.

this deal looked very plausible from the beginning. lets see how it works out. HIs end product is shit and i cant stand that but he still has time to work on his decision making and composure. He has one trait however that I really like and that is his directness when running at players. instad of turning and passin gbakcwards when having beat a player (Willian specialist of squandering those) he knocks the ball into space and goes full sprint. Dortmund reportedly gonna reinvest the Pulisic funds to buy Thorgan Hazard , which makes sense weakening their direct competition. Also Thorgan is in the form of his life. I wonder whether going for him instead of Pulsiic would tempt the more talented older brother to stay. Especially if we continue playing false 9, we can easily afford playing both...
