yup i have to find out what they are feeding the strikers here in frankfurt, esp with the late goals. I currently live around and have been to a few games. Of the 3 Eintracht strikers Haller, Jovic, Paciencia, there are always 2 on fire this season. The crowd in the Commerzbank Arena is amazing and they really push their team, esp in crunch time and they create lots more chances at home than away. From my perspective Haller suits us better probably even though Jovic is arguably the better finisher (only 3 goals this year so far i think tho). But Jovic has the BAtshuayi habit of scoring in clusters vs shit teams. Hallers goals are more smoothly distributed. He is more physical, more athletic. Basically a nippy Giroud with better finishing.

tbf of Mikhytaryans goals and assists 5 and 5 came in Europa league qualification 1st adn 2nd round vs clown teams. I don't see why giving him a 1 year extension is a bad decision. He has his flaws and is far from a world-class defender now but he surely has earned the extension, is vital for how the team plays as he is the only accurate long-range passer in the team. Even without the deferral we are short of CBs and it would have been unwise to let him go.
