damn. Well at least it is at home. But they are a bit of a bogey side for us. We are really bad vs pacy strikers and they surely will roll out Martial and Rashford for this. Lets hope we have our D sorted out till then.
-
i would prefer crawley town or colchester. The latter just to spite spurs by thumping them.
-
with Utd and Spurs sucking some serious balls this season, top 4 is there for the taking in theory. But we would need to ge tour defence sorted first, which could take some time. But at least with CHO back I can see us generating a bit more penetration on both flanks. In the next few games we will for sure need to score at least 2 or 3 to win. Still seeing how much those young players add when they are in the mood if they can replicate this vs PL level teams we will see some amazing performances.

damn that rochedale keeper could have saved at least one... well anyway, still an absolute shitshow from Utd. They will win shit with that average squad and Ole

Lol who's a youth hater tbf Reece is the one acacemy graduate I am most convinced he will become world closs

One day this season I want to see the following lineup ----------------Kepa----------- Reece---Rüdiger-Tomori--Emerson --------------------Kante----------------- ---------------RLC-------Mount--------- Pulisic-----------Tammy----------CHO

Dude must sign that contract and be the first name on the teamsheet on Saturday. What a performance once more. I have never seen such maturity, intelligence and awareness for space and timing of passes and dribblings from a 19 year old right back since Philipp Lahm. And Reece has twice the built, dribbling ability and pace as Lahm. If he continues this trajectory without any injuries or he wil be the best right back in the world no doubt (Meanwhile at the exact time I wrote this Wan-Bissaka missed an open net.... ).

Yup. Credit where its due. Despite a thrashing their ranks are still full and applauding their team. the whole side have been very honorable losers and polite visitors, put on a fight up until the last few minutes. They did not even play bad, we just played very very good.
-
the first error from their goalie and CHO scores his most difficult shot
-
excellent defending from zouma for once
-
we have so many talented central and central offensive midfielders i can not even decide for a best lineup without yet another talented player coming through. Lets hope no-one pulls a Mourinho and sells the best 2^^
-
How CHO and Pulisic have not scored yet is beyond me. Really should be putting away those 1 on 1s but their goalie is in excellent form today.
-
I am yet to see a bad or average game from James. Sure, my sample is not representative but I have never seen less than an 8/10 performance from him for Wigan, the youth side and now our A team.
-
their goalie is amazing despite having conceded 5 goals he is still putting his body on the line and pulling out some supberb saves.
-
Alonso and CHO have quite a good ubderstanding. Expectedly impressed with James as well. The rest is doing ok given the quality of opposition

Looks like our medical department fucked up once again. He should clearly have been rested. Hopefully it was just bad luck. Honestly if there was one season to wirte off it is this one so nevermind all the injuries happening in this season as well as long as they dont reoccur when we are ready to compete next year again. Still it is kinda worrysome how solid we were in the apst and how the injuries and rushed comebacks are piling up this season

No one said he is. 10 or 15 years ago, Kepa would play lower league football and no one would give a shit about him. It is only in the modern era that ball playing goalies are all the rage. Cech also was still better than courtois in 2015. I honestly find playing oit from the back overrated. What is wrong with hoofing the ball when you have a big enough, clever striker and then know how to move as a team after the knock down. Fergie won 20+ titles with this move. Kepa is still young and can learn but he really needs to be stronger in the save and also command his area better. Lehman and Kahn were just marginally taller and yet controlled the box with ease.
-
You do not need to win the header. It is enough to disturb the attacker just when he is about to do so and the header will go into the stands. The mistake is to go for the ball directly when facing a way taller player or to make contact with the attacker too early so he can adjust to it.

It is like we are set out to be the most frustrating team possible. The hoborable losers. Creating chance after chance without scoring vut conceding from every stupid set piece. Absolutely horrible to watch
-
It is true. Lampard has already justified his appointment by tying down our top youbgsters. Shrewd move by the board to sign him. Even if we fuck up the season conpletely as long as we avoid relegation which should be expected, we will have a fresh startvin a new era as soon as the ban is over...with or without Lamps
-
True. But I can see Klopp being somewhat understanding of the situation and means it whilst pep always praises everyone as a psycho trick.

Dafuq. I have been to the bernabeu just a few weeks ago and it is a piece of shit. The constructuion is ancient, the seats are super uncomfortable, too low and to small for tall people. The catering was poor, the walls dirty. The stadium is more like a ruin than a proper modern stadium. No match for state of the art stadiums like Wembley, Allianz Arena.

Worrying times when we continue to lose matches we should easily have won. The play depends heavily on Mount. Since when is Barkley the pen taker when he is a squad player? Pedro, Alonso, Willian once again disgusting. I would much rather watch some young players out there having these shitty games and gather experience than those washed up has beens. But few teams can cope with this amount of injuries. We have 6 probable first teamers out injured. We have no chance going far in CL anyway so better try and defend the EL title. Looks like our luck ran out with that clinical performance at Wolves. We remain highly inconsistent and wasteful. It will take time and key players becoming match fit till that changes but I believe it will. We the fans should try ourselves in temperance and serenity for at least this season otherwise it will be too annoying to take all these shitty results yet to come tonheart.

1 to 2 weeks for a grade one ankle spain, 4 to 6 for a grade two

the 1-4 was taken down as a Tammy own goal which means that Kepa pushed the ball against tammy and it bounced into goal from there. So his issue wasnt the wrists but tammy not reacting quickly enough. Still Kepa should obviously be catching that weak header straight at him.
