ancelotti is a quality coach IMO. if drogba is intent on leaving well adebayor is an ok replacement. adebayor is still a quality player. only if drogs wants to leave that is.

ancelotti is a better coach than rijkaard IMO. Look at the team rijkaard had and then the team ancelotti had. also in champions league ancelotti has a good record. i would choose ancelotti as over the other too any day. but i dont really rate rijkaard very highly TBH.

yes but not all of these players can come into a big team like Chelsea and perform like they did before, thats why they need to be integrated slowly. they cant simply be put in the first team yes da costa is a great young talent but he should still be put in the reserves for a while and slowly but surely make the first team if he performs.

these types of players should be intergrated slowly though, to say you dont want to buy players over 24 still is stupid.

name a few, why not older than 24 players peak around 23-28 even and some even later are you suggesting you have a team of 19 year olds? players that young should be slowly integrated into the team so there isnt so much pressure on them. so your saying you wouldnt want diego ribas because he is 24? or davild villa who is 27 are you crazy??? my freind you should buy players at there peak and the younger ones slowly put them intot he first team. to say 24 is old clearly shows you are delusional.

lavezzi is a great talent very dangerous player miles ahead of most of his team another great player from napoli is the cm marek hamsik. one of silva or villa must go if not both, valencia are in some real debt. there are some others like giusseppe rossi, bezema obviously, diego ribas, rafinha, busquets. there are a few others. then again why not give players like stoch a shot. we gave confidence in players like marchisio who is becoming a great player and recently giovinco also. and de ceglie who are looking to be future stars. i hope we give a shot to two players in juve's reserves daud and immobile look them up they have a great future ahead. as well as giusseppe giovinco

what players normally step up and play at 19-20??? your not going to find many world class players that can do that. maybe sign some 17-18 year olds and play them in the reserves but for first team players look for guys around 23-27 range. normally its when they are in there prime. but if you want to buy youngsters why sell kalou and ivanovic??? i dont understand your logic...
