Give him time, he's already shown enough to start there - he just needs to tweak a few things an he will be great. I think he's improving every game? He's not the only player who has poor moments, the whole team has this, but things are slowly improving under RB... -

Whilst he has improved this season, still don't rate him - bench warmer for me, would pick Luiz over him any day of the week... RDM was doing to Chelsea what he did to WBA. Top bloke, amazing guy, average manager... That's the sad reality I have come to. Whilst I'm not the biggest fan of RB - he deserves a chance and is doing ok, B+ like I stated the other day, we finally have some organisation and character in the team. The players seem to like him and he's conducting himself well. As for RDM lets see what happens, I hope he does well in his next job - but think he was too inexperienced for the current role at CFC... We were leaking silly goals, players looked tired and demotivated - pretty dire in all honesty...

It's been too consistent for too long to be luck. Yes they get decisions, but they put themselves in the place to get the decisions. They just have a belief they will win and usually do. That stems from the Manager down and is the whole Ethos at Utd. I really can't stand them, but I do admire this winning mentality and would love a few bottles of it distributed to our players

You got it He deflects criticism away from the players, paints a bullseye on himself and builds up rivalry... The players now have to respond to this, and as history has proven, they usually do. I wouldn't call it genius, but it's very effective for him and the team. He's particularly motivated to reclaim the title this year, with a weakish squad (except attack) and is doing well. I certainly wouldn't mind the results they've dug out in recent weeks Hope we win on Sunday though, hope you guys get 4th

But Lewandoski only has 3 where as Falcao has 1... So that doesn't really back up the link play argument, in fact it makes link play almost irrelevant because the striker should be in the box waiting to score, not pissing around in the midfield see our current example
