Well who is questioning Jose's decision now? The guy had (maybe still has - still only 21) the chance to become a fantastic player, but he's got his head up his arse and is believing his own hype. You cannot please all of the people all of the time. The fact that a handful of egotistical wankers decide to slate Jose - is proof enough for me, that he knows what he's doing. No one player is bigger than the club, Mourinho forces his team to work hard first - then play second. He doesn't bow to pressure and has his own plan. Players who want to play 'football' and 'Win' will benefit most from him. Players that want 'celebrity' will never work with Mourinho. For that I am thankful. Yes we might miss out on a few 'flash' players - but we will have a winning, professional team.
