  6. Chelsea boss Luiz Felipe Scolari has denied interest in Newcastle United striker Michael Owen. Scolari said on Setanta Sports News: “I have only spoken about Owen twice, once when he scored a goal for England when I was coaching Brazil and once when I was coaching Portugal and he scored again. After this some people want to put news in the newspapers, not me.”
  7. Chelsea's Ben Sahar could be on his way to Championship Crystal palace. Palace boss Neil Warnock has admitted making an approach to The Blues regarding the Israel international. The 19-year-old is currently on a six-month loan deal at Portsmouth, but has failed to make an impact on the South Coast and will be sent back to Stamford Bridge in January. "We know Sahar is not playing at Portsmouth, he is someone we've asked about," he told the Croydon Advertiser.
  8. Fabiano love to see him in a Chelsea shirt scored a brilliant hat-trick for brazil last night against Portugal
  9. that's a brilliant idea that's hope Kenyon see it has a brilliant idea!!!!!!!
  10. Chelsea chairman Bruce Buck has insisted that big stars won't be joining the club in the January transfer window. The Londoners, who lead the Premier League, have spent big over the last few years but Buck has warned supporters not to expect any major talent to join in the New Year. He said: 'It’s hard to get good players then because, one, they might not be available and, two, they may be cup-tied. 'There’s no point in bringing in players who aren’t as good as what you already have.' 'I think it’s unlikely we’ll have much activity in January.'
  11. Birmingham City boss Alex McLeish is planning a bid for Chelsea striker Scott Sinclair. The Mirror says McLeish is eager to sign Sinclair on loan in the new year as he bids to take Blues back to the Premier League. Sinclair, 19, has not made a league start under Luiz Felipe Scolari and will be permitted to leave for the Championship - with Wolves and Crystal Palace also in the hunt.
  12. Chelsea goalkeeper Carlo Cudicini is being linked with Tottenham. With Spurs boss Harry Redknapp in the market for a new keeper after losing confidence in Heurelho Gomes, Italian sources say Cudicini is under consideration for the January market. Cudicini remains second-choice at Stamford Bridge behind Petr Cech.
  13. the last three games malouda could had a hatrick
  14. Luiz Felipe Scolari has revealed to Setanta Sports that John Terry could face a few weeks on the sidelines after damaging his foot in the 3-0 victory over West Brom. Terry limped off with five minutes remaining to be replaced by Paulo Ferreira, after Jose Bosingwa and Nicolas Anelka (2) had secured three points for Chelsea. Scolari confirmed afterwards that Terry has a foot problem that will need a scan on Sunday. The Brazilian did hint that Terry may have the same problem as Ashley Cole, who has missed Chelsea’s last four games. That is worrying news for The Blues, who face Arsenal at the end of the month. “It may be the same injury as Ashley Cole and Juliano Belletti, it’s a problem in his foot,” Scolari told Setanta Sports. “Tomorrow the doctor will do a scan and after we will see what’s happened. I cannot say more.”

  16. Brazil defender Thiago Silva has admitted he is set to leave Fluminense after being linked with Inter Milan and Chelsea. The 24-year-old is out of contract at the Brazilian club from the end of next month and says he is unlikely to sign a new deal. Inter Milan were on the verge of completing a pre-contract agreement with Silva last week until late interest from another club - believed to be Chelsea - delayed the deal. The Brazil international, whose wife Isabele gave birth to their son Isago on Wednesday, said: 'There are some things happening. That is true and I do not deny this to anyone. We have to be open with the fans. 'There is no point saying that I'm going to stay for next year if I am thinking of leaving. 'I say very clearly that I'm thinking of leaving. Everyone knows that. 'When I walk in the streets, the fans says: "Go with God, it makes your life. You deserve it, you are a good man". Hearing that makes me more relaxed.' Chelsea have indicated they will not spend much money in January, making free agent Thiago Silva even more attractive. He is widely considered the best centre back in the Brazilian league but he can also play at right back or in a holding midfield role.
