no it isnt! go back and read what i said! i never said that stat to try to prove Costa is good in the air, because fact is Costa is just as good/bad in the air as Aguero, Suarez and Benzema why because none of them are target men! the only reason why i mentioned Costa has won 10 headed duels this season is simply because @Chulo19 tried to make out that he hasnt even won 1 single headed duel this season! he got proved wrong now he is looking desperate trying to show how many were unsuccessful as if anyone is even debating that Costa is good in the air!

Torres declined due to injury like Falcao, Costa had the same knee injury at 22 yeras old and came back from it and got to the top, so i dont know how you can compre Torres to Costa. You then mention Ibra but he has never done it year after year in one of the top 2 leagues or in the CL! and you mention Rooney, who has been around in the PL since he was 16 years old! he has been crap for years now! Costa is more of a late bloomer like Drogba and Ian Wright which is why your post doesnt make much sense. You then compare him to Adebayor who has done nothing in the CL and has never had a season as good as Costa's best, and then you mention Van der Vaart which make me wonder what on earth you are talking about!

that is called a one season wonder! like Andy Johnson, are you trying to say Costa is a one season wonder even though he has proven himself year after year since he returned from knee surgery in 2012.

Gaya would be a great signing, i prefer Mario Gaspar to Fabinho though, and it still baffles me how we didnt sell Mikel in the summer and sign Illaramendi from Real Madrid, he would have been a perfect signing for us. Aboubakar would be a great signing also, Paco would be decent, but not good enough to really challenge Costa

why? that isn't Costa's game, never has been! he cant play as a target man like Drogba, the same way Suarez, Aguero and Benzema cant play as a target man. besides Costa has won 10 Ariel duels in 8 games this season, the same amount as Lewandowski, we shouldn't be hoofing balls up to Costa anyway, that's what gets on my nerves, we should be trying to give him more through balls and balls over the top for him to run onto, his movement is outstanding, we just lack so much creativity this season.

Allan and Weigl would be good options for the pivot even Lassana Diarra! he has looked incredible this season! and then there is Mario Gaspar who would be an excellent signing at RB and Gaya at LB

first time a team has played close attention to De Bruyne and not given him time to play and he goes missing, this is why Hazard is a level above him, Hazard gets doubled teamed or triple teamed every week and was still destroying teams last season. its the reason why De Bruyne does better for Belgium then Hazard as teams pay close attention to Hazard which give De Bruyne more freedom to play.

yes i agree, if Ramires was on a yellow and Cesc wasnt then no doubt Ramires would have come off for Mikel

he was very good yesterday, made tackles and interceptions, and was very good going forward, his goal should have counted also as he wasnt offside, he had to go off at HT though as he was on a yellow card.

I would rather sign Neves, Tielemans and Weigl 3 of the best young midfielders in world football, they would cost less then Pogba on his own.

as i said Matic has been truly awful this season! but a certain poster will continue to make a fool of himself and say Matic has been our best player or probably try and blame Fabregas for Matic's awful season!
