Very much agree with this. He is still our best defencer and i can't see his decline being too severe to not warant a two year deal. And even if it did, his presence in the dressing room is more than just his footballing ability. And yeah, don't think he can have the match highest earner clause anymore, but compared to what we pay others he is still entitled to 100k a week

He was screaming so much in a Scottish accent, going grrr, grrr grrr, that I didnt understand...but the players were clapping so they must have got it! I am serious. The last time I spoke to them was at lunchtime. It was Billys team talk Im telling you. Billy was fantastic today, I didnt understand, but it looks like the players they did understand. Lol.
