I think we need a RW of the highest priority as if we don't have a new RB, we wont get much overlapping from ivan and ramires is much more central. Wheras on the left we will have A cole overlapping hazard which will be great. i cant wait to see how we line up vs Wigan, or even vs man city if we take the game seriously. I don't see how he is that much worse than he used to be. He knows he isn't gonna be starting loads of games. He didn't start loads last season yet was still our top scorer with 16 goals and 10 assists. Dont get any better with experience to come on, and no one i would trust more to make an impact in the last 20 mins of a game.

There is no way, ramires would play there instead of Mikel, If we play one man holding they have to be like makelele. And lampard could maybe play there. He would be our supersub.

How about a 4-1-3-1-1. Different i know but could be a viable option. It solves the ramires problem and puts players in preffered positions. The main problem being that it could be fairly lacking definsively and require Mikel to be solid. Though i quite like the idea providing our midfield 3 doesn't sit too deep.

Yeah i see you your point and if we sign no other players it could be a way to go however the problem it causes is that it forces mata to play wide and he doesn't particular like it. Also Mata and hazard linking up would be a bit harder, though it would mean ramires could fit in better, in a CM with the ability to be a box to box player.

We were much more solid the latter half of the season than under AVB. Also with these great signings, oscar or no oscar, i think we can all agree the lineup we will put out will have greater stength in attack, as well as torres seemingly being in better goalscoring shape. And even if that is not truly the case he is gonna be better than last season. All this should mean we should have a greater control and possession of the ball. And a great thing about having the ball is with the exception of weird OG's they cant score. Therefore the age old cliche of Attack is the best form of defence is actually relevant. And i know that extra attackers leave us vunerable on the counter attack, however it is not extra attackers we will have but just better alterantives from the likes of Malouda and Kalou and our defence will still be there. Now back on topic, what could give us some hope is that Real madrid have a lot of quality in thier midfield where as we could offer him a main spot in our midfield. Still got a constant LEVY problem, which is an epic pain in the ars.

Now i don't agree with the guy, everyone has the right to support whoever, i think having lots of overseas fans is great for the club, as it makes football number one world wide sport. More media attention, and everything is better, and how great our club is. but now your just having a go at english people, and saying overseas people are more important than domestic people, which is a bit out of order IMO.
