LIne up is alright. We cannot play every one of our attacking players... Romeu actually impressed me for the first time in a while (albeit vs nords), and moses adds something extra to the attack. I would probably have gone with oscar for rambo, for passing over stamina and defensive ability but rambo is perfectly good there of course... only weird thing for me is ivan at rb, Azpi for me deserves to start as he has been our best player in recent games... LAMPARD ON THE BENCH, PURE QUALITY TO COME ON IN THE SECOND HALF.

Good early news... Shut down sessegnon and we can potentially stop their attack so whoever starts in our holding mid be it mikel or romeu has to be on him for 90 mins.

Anyone saying managers won't want to come here, i would think it would be the opposite. You come here for a year get a huge payoff and go on your merry way. We won't have any problem attracting managers the problem lies within the fact that i doubt there is a person on earth that can just magically transform us into romans dream as it takes time which he surely must realise. He will be a regular starter and as much as he wants to play at CF he wants to be playing games regularly more... Especially when it is very likely we will bring another striker in in january and Lukaku looks set to be a future no 2, and maybe no 1 striker.

It is true that AMAZING PENS are AWFUL PENS if they save them.... Take balotelli for example. When he strolls up and rolls one slowly just left of centre, it is a great pen as the keeper went the wrong way etc... He looks like a bit of an idiot if the keeper doesn't move though... The same with the little dinks down the middle.

Everyones opinion is valid, and i don't want this to become another talk torres thread, but i don't think he did anywhere near enough to be MOTM. Hazard, luiz with his silky skills, Romeu and mata, all played better than him yesterday in their respective roles. There was an improvement from previous games of course and hpefully it sparks somethign. But MOTM is probably stretching it a bit..

It says something about the quality of lampards pens that 90% of them go bottom left, which the keeper knows and he still can't stop them. Lampard is the only one i feel confident with when he steps up... I hate all short run ups... Except didier...
