i think that ball is still rising lol.

Lets do this...
-
Because we would like to have a chance to win the game and not have to worry about having very bad goalkeeping problems... The best decision for me... He is a GK, its not like he needs a game rest, and his eventual replacement is playing every week for athletico madrid anyway... Hilario is there in case cech gets injured or sent off (Please don't....)
-
Mata and Danny vs Wooton and Keane. Let's do this.

Just seen the lineup, pretty happy about it... especially no turn bull. Can't wait to see Danny vs their central defenders. Really hope he takes his chance...

Chelsea lodge complaint about Clattenberg
Hutcho replied to bababoom's topic in Matthew Harding Stand
Yeah clattenburg reffing the man u chelsea game third last at the end of the season to decide the title most probably... But this is gonna come back to fuck us up, as the media will back clattenburg, and make us all out to be the liars and ones at fault etc, and this is gonna go on for ages as well. -
I am extremely confident about our chances for todays game providing we play cech. If we play turnbull, then i am seriously worried... Cech Cesar Cahilll Luiz Bertrand Ramires Romeu/Mikel Moses Oscar Hazard DANNY Something like that, or maybe marin on the left and put hazard on the right... Really hope danny has a great game and can force his way into the first team. Piazon hopefully gets a run out as well. But wahtever happens NO TURNBULL, Cech or if we have to play a different keeper then play jamal, as hilario and turnbull are never gonna be our first choice. And courtois is clearly second in line to the throne.

Welcome...

Want to hear something funny... I know someone who had a bet on reading winning. He must be pissed...
-
Well that was one crazy bloody game.
-
Yeah, still pretty good if you bet about a fiver every week...
-
Oh ok, well worth a go... Especially with their new free fiver every week. Probably made their security on dublicate accounts a lot better as otherwise they could lose a lot of money on free bets, and not just one tenner.

I am sure there will be some bylaw to stop it legally. It would probably work though, as if you use a different email address it could be fine. Sometimes it flags it up and won't let you make an account, however be a bit wary of the fact that if you open a new account and spend some money and win big, then if they investigate your account they would have just cause for not paying out. And tbh it wouldn't surpise me if they didn't really care about people having multipe accounts as they have that to fall back on if you win anything, so is another way of getting money out of people.

Chelsea lodge complaint about Clattenberg

This is gonna be long and annoying... He said, she said etc etc... Don't get me wrong if he said something very bad he should be punished, but it is getting annoying how off field issues seem to be bigger than the on field ones. -
I may be the exception as everyone seems to love him, but i don't want to see ballotelli here. He is not bigger than a club and i personally find him incredibly annoying. Lewandowski would be a good shout as he is quick can act as a bit of a targer man if needed and can finish... Though i would like to see danny sturridge up top and give him a chance before we get some big signing.

Exactly, i doubt he got reported for saying that. I find it extremely hard to believe he was racist, but if we reported him then i reckon he must have said something bad at some point, but that wouldn't count. -

"your a twat but thats not my fault", seems to be the general concensus. -
Yeah we will probably get a pen or something that was marginal and they will say, there you go its all even etc... etc...
-
One interesting thing however is that it will give azpi a great oppertunity, as he will have 3 games to show us all what he can do and make a case for earning that starting spot (Straight red = 3 games). Torres only banned for the one though i assume. Hopefully sturridge can take his opperttunity well as he deserves this chance. Would like to see marin get his debut. Maybe of the bench though, as i want to play our best 3 AM's and really get to see danny play with them and see a direct comparsion with him there. Also i want to win this one more than any other random cap one cup game.

Definately need it, for reviewing goal scoring decisions. Wouldn't ruin the flow, and would make the game better, with less pressure on the refs. (as discussed in match thread).
-
I thought they have some goal line technology thing coming soon, didn't know about whether it will be introduced in the CWC though.
-
Definately, i think we would be "ruining the game" if we start having challenges on whether it was a foul, or whether it was a corner or a throw in, but surely getting the big decisions right has got to be important. They will say people love the controversy, but i guarentee you more people would have loved to see the last 20 mins of that game in a fair way. But considering the length of time it takes to put something like this in place as it takes reviews and all sorts of hoops to jump through, and even if someone suggested it now it would probably take at least 2 years to happen.
-
They don't even need challenges, just a quick review of goals or goals where there is a suspicion of offside etc.
-
Honestly it would be so simple. Man watching on tv screen. Goal is scored. Man then looks at replay, 15 seconds later, he says, there is definately a reason to overturn it, or there is no reason to overturn it, or there is a chance of it being wrong but it is so close so the on field decision should stand. It takes at least 30 seconds for them to restart the game anyway. We shouldn't have an appeal system for things like whether it was a foul as that is often down to opinion and would ruin the flow. But simple things like, was it offside, was it over the line etc. I honestly can't believe how the biggest sport in the world still haven't done it yet when every other sport is using it in some way to improve thier sport.
