I watched him last night against Inter, was subbed in at 1-1, he assisted and score to help Lazio win 3-1. Seeing his performances and statistics for Roma and Lazio, we could have easily have him still. Lot of wingers/forwarda have been bought since he left but none of them worked out 100%..

Why signed contract extension then? I would like him to join, but players and their agents are getting out of control.. Sign long term contract extension (with sweet salary increase of course) then they get surprised and feel "trapped" when their team asking big money from approachers to buy them out. If he didn't sign extension in March he could leave easier and cheaper.. So I can't feel sorry for him being 'increasingly unsettled' - as Sky reported.

I’d like to believe we have.. With Cucurella. These kind of players are very important. Tuchel is clearly a top coach who has the superpower to influence games by changing tactics meanwhile the game. With James and Cucurella in the team, we can change formation if necessary to react our opponents tactics. James is our franchise player though, he should be avarded lifelong contract with highest salary by far.

Even worse, he got his contract terminated earlier this year few months ago so Barca didn’t have to pay a dime for him, and now they demand 30 million. I wouldn’t mind Auba if we can loan him or swap to Alonso, but paying big amount for him after being free agent six months ago.. would be pathetic.

I don’t think Nkunku will push very strong to leave this window. His place in French NT is not stable, he cannot afford joining a team and play worse or not get regular playing time. He can wait up until January.

Cannot dislike this guy. Even though it didn’t work out perfectly, he always seemed to try his best, expect some of our previous strikers/flops. His performances past year in the Champions League made it all worth.

Seems funny but they will solve it somehow. Barcelona leaders are not whole stupid, but even if they were, I am sure agents of these newly signed players did precheck and possibility of not being able to be registered for LaLiga had been discussed and dismissed. I am sure all of the mentioned players will be registered.

Oh, Dave.. So good to have you around for two more years.. When you joined, I was 19, just finished high school, Chelsea just won CL for the first time, everything was perfect. Lot has happened since that, we both had our ups and downs. Maybe you are not the first name in the starting eleven anymore, but you are the one who made it to the team for numerous managers in countless positions. You are the last player who played alongside Lampard, Terty, Cech, Drogba, Hazard, Ivanovic.. many great memories, lot more to come. Perhaps we could replace you with better player for reasonable price, but when I see you on the pitch I will always recall all the good memories..

Last season he bagged 6 goals and 10 assists, he was a serious weapon running up and down the right flank. I believe he can solve RCB but we will not use his great abilities. Like having a Ferrari and only using it going out grocery shopping to Tesco.
