Midfield same.. Gavi, Pedri, De Jong, Busquets, what is the plan with Kessie? Seems completely out of profile in Xavi's team. They have many CB-s, they are pushing for Kounde while they don't have proper wingbacks(only Jordi Alba and Dest in the squad) and Azpilicueta is the only name who is strongly rumoured. I have no idea how this team could line up, what kind of football they are wishing to play and how they can keep balance in the squad, especially with many attackers.

I have the same feeling with De Jong and De Ligt. Good players but they are a bit overhyped after their breakthrough Ajax season. Both of them are doing well in their new teams but I don’t see them generational talents. I would accept both of them at Chelsea but there are plenty of options. Especially De Ligt.. We can buy same quality players for lower price easily.

Signing Ake wouldn’t be necesserally bad step, depends on what our plans are. Right now we have Sarr as backup CB/LB, he is awful. Ake would be huge upgrade. He is not top player but wouldn’t be worried to have him in the DEF against any team in Europe. Also can play in the midfield in case. Still, we need one marquee signing like De Ligt, Skriniar or Coulibaly, but Ake would be a noce addition too.
