First, I wouldn't take him. He is a good player but I'd rather sign Van Dijk or De Vrij and recall Christensen and Aké. Andy and Nathan are both able to play in the midfield and in the defense, just like Dier. Second, Spurs would never sell him to Chelsea. They rejected our offer for Modric then sold him to Madrid for a way worse offer, they don't want to do business with their rivals.

He is leaving for Napoli or he stays. Very very good player but we shouldn't go for him with Costa and Batshuayi on board.

It's his first season at professional level(lets not count that two match for Chelsea las campaign), we sent him on loan to gain experience. Now he experienced what is it like to score goals every game and be the star of this team and now he know what is it like not to score goals for weeks when everybody expects you to. Hopefully he will profit from this experience. It looks like he kept on working hard and smiling and last weekend he scored again.

Why has he only played 280 minutes in La Liga this year? Was he injured or something?

Pedro and Hazard are not really wingers in this formation, more like left and right attacking midfielders. They tend to move free around the opponents third. Remember Hazard's second goal against Everton: Pedro and him were both on the right wing. Also, when Pedro scored against Everton and Spurs he was in the middle of the court, not on the right or left wing. I think James would enjoy this free, creative role too. I still prefer Payet though.

Aké should play for Chelsea next year for sure. He could play as RCB, LCB, DM and LWB. Definetly a must have player.

I watched him a few times at Elche and Monaco and I saw him today, he is a good player, but not really a midfielder we need in our current position.

Could he be an alternative to Hazard/Pedro or he is a central attacker only?

After the City game we play with WBA, Sunderland, Palace, Bournemouth and Stoke in December. We should win at least 4 out of 5 because in the first month of the year we'll play against Spurs, Liverpool and Leicester away and Arsenal at the Bridge.

Being a coach - especially at a top club like Chelsea - is a serious profession. Lampard and Drogba were great players, but if they want to be coach at Chelsea they have to study and probably gain experience at ther clubs. For example, Steve Holland started his coaching education at the age of 20 and worked more then 15 years before he joined Chelsea Reserves. Alessio also worked for several small Italian club before becoming Conte's assistant at Cagliari.

Pay the bills? What does it mean? Sorry i really don't know. Yeah, he is young and he can improve, but I don't think he can be a winger, he just doesn't move like that. Yes, he is somwhere between no10 and b2b, but he is definetly not like Matic, Kanté or Chalobah. In this system the three central backs, the wingbacks and the central midfielders must do all the defensive work while the two wingers and the striker can play free and be creative. Kanté and Matic can sometimes help our attacks, but they are key players because their defensive work. Baker is young but I'm pretty sure that he will never become a better defensive player than those two. Under Mourinho, Fábregas played in a pretty defensive role, but Conte doesn't count on him at all because he can't name him in the starting eleven in the middle of the midfield. Fábregas have a couple of hundred matches behind him at the very top level, still Conte doesn't think his defensive skills are good enough for this system, so it seems to be unlikely that Baker would ever play next to Matic or N'Goló.

I don't see him getting a chance here because he is a playmaker which we don't need. Oscar and Fábregas are out of favour, I doubt Baker could make it in 3-4-3.

It's not that bad really. My eye is sensitive too, this happens to me 2-3 times a year. I look like a total creep and children are scared of me on the streets but it don't hurts at all and doesn't effect my vision.

I saw him play against Real Madrid in the Champions League. Damn, he is one dangerous motherfucker. Very quick and dribbles very well. Him and Hazard on the wings would be nice.
