Am I the only one who thinks if Bats would get a run of 5/9 games next season (not that he would be here at that point) with Puli/Ziyech/Havertz would actually be a decent striker and would score 15+ goals a season? And I'm dead serious about this. If you keep him around for cup/fa games w/e and feed him as well as the above are capable off, I think he would be very decent.

Chilwell ain't that bad. It's just the price tag.. If we get him for 50 or under I'm absolutely fine with Chilwell. Although I still would have prefered a cheaper option but if Frank wants him then I trust Frank.

I wouldn't be surprised if he has a great first season with them. He does the dirty side of the game as well and tracking back a lot. Whether arsenal is foolish or not to pay that much is to be seen. Well she is a master at negotiating deals (especially outgoing transfers). So I can't blame her for anything. I always thought it would be more logical to set a max. price for players in the transfer periods. I mean if there was a rule that the max a club can ask for a player would be 100 mil. Euros then the market would eventually stabilize itself again and it would give the smaller clubs room to negotiate as well. Then it's really up to the player (if max. wages would be a thing, but I don't see that happening) to move to a club where he really wants to go to. It's probably nonsensical bullshit I'm talking about, but I think it would make sense in a way. Buyout clauses for 200+mil. are just stupid and insane. Let alone the fee some agents ask.
