A small example of some of his handy work "Blue Coloured Sky" seems like he's nailed it.

The fact you guys are coming to a Chelsea fan forum 3 days after the game to attempt to talk up your team speaks volumes about what a small team you guys are. When Chelsea win a big game we talk about it amongst ourselves then move onto the next one hrs later... All of you are similar to the to a guy with a small dick who buys a big fancy car to compensate for what you don't have between your legs. You guys won, finally, congratulations! You're entire club have celebrated it like you won the cup, I expected to see your owner to hand out medals the way you guys carried on.... We've won it already! You guys haven't even been to a finals! Get there first, better yet get past a Q-finals then start talking. The truth of the matter is you guys needed this a lot more than we did because your confidence is so low, you spend and spend and spend and all you have to show for it is a couple of q-finals and a couple ligue 1 titles(A league that no one cares about or watches) and a sanctioning. Honestly, no sarcasm involved here, good luck! After the Souleymane S fiasco we didn't deserve to beat you guys, much like last year when your fans were throwing and spitting on disabled fans. The football Gods have spoken, you guys are the victors, now move on! Not just from this discussion group or with your lives but also in the Cup! get past a Q-finals for once. We're still carefree because we are one of the elite clubs in the world. You guy have so much to do to be considered one of us.

Yes the team was built illegally! You broke the rules to get the team you have right now. This isn't about Chelsea, when the rules were implemented it gave everyone, including PSG 3yrs to get their house in order and you failed and were sanctioned. What we did and are STILL doing is perfectly in the rules of the game... What you guys attempted to do and failed at is breaking them. Who are Paris' top players? Zlatan is marching towards the glue factory and Cavani, while being paid a kings ransom isn't really a talismanic figure for PSG is he? Thiago Silva is a stud! David Luis is our reject... Verratti has a long way to go before he can be considered a top player and Pastore rightfully struggles to get into your squad. Moura I like but there is little evidence he is a world class player. So who am I missing in all of this? Motta? Matuidi? Diego Costa love him or hate him is one of the worlds best strikers, he proved it in La Liga and is proving it in the EPL. Hazard and Courtois are without question world class or thereabouts and Fabregas is definitely one of the best midfielders in the world. You would also be hard pressed to find a better defensive midfielder in world football than Matic. Who on your squad even comes close to Matic and Fabregas? What is Silva gonna say? This is the 3rd best team I've played for? hahaha! Take what a player says with a grain of salt. You say we underestimated PSG, you could be right, but in saying that aren't you alluding to the fact we have the superior team? PSG played their asses off, no one will say they didn't. They went out and actually won the tie without actually winning to be honest. My hats off to your squad for getting a result like that against the odds for sure. We clearly didn't play to our potential and tactically didn't get it right, but I fail to see where you can now draw conclusions that you are the better squad.

Have you never made a mistake before?

We have a legal team built properly. You have a team that was illegally assembled and was sanctioned by FFP. Your team lost the title to Montpellier and are now losing to Lyon even with all the stars you bought illegally. We have a good base of young players who didn't play their best on the night(perhaps due to fatigue? we play 4 games in 10 days when you guys are on holiday) In no way do I think you guys have a better team, you were better on the night but that's about it. Good luck to you in the next round.

Pretty much what I've been trying to get across. We're basically using limited knowledge and calling it fact and force feeding our opinions as the teams philosophy upon each other.

Poor Oscar... can't even get the support and backing of his own supporters. I feel for the guy, much like I feel for most Chelsea players who are deemed not good enough at the age of 23. Fortunately for him, Mikel, Ramires, Willian, Brana and whoever else is on the chopping block by so called supporters, its not up to us to make decisions about the club and its needs, our job is to support. We don't even know what the tactical deployment is of any of the players we see on the pitch but because our egos are sooooo big and because we want to appear like we know sooooo much about football we write a bunch of foolishness we have no clue about and accept it as the team's philosophy or the players deployment. I hate to bust that bubble because I know how fun it is to deduce what the team is playing and what each player's function is but the truth of the matter is we just don't know! And no neither does BBC or Sky Sports! More than half the time they don't even get the formation right! All the slagging off of how the team plays and what role this player has is at best speculation because none of us know what Jose is trying to do with the team. We all have our ideas about how the team should play but none of us know. So unless We Hate Scouse can get his hands on one of Jose's dossiers that shows who has what role and what responsibility that player has to team shape then we can't really grade a players performance in their assignment, it useless to say "he's the no.10 he needs to be more creative!" What if Jose wants a no.10 who puts pressure on the back four? What we do know is DeBruyne didn't work hard enough for Jose, the same for Mata and also Schurrle. Salah never really got a chance but I assume he fell under the same umbrella. So Jose made decisions he thinks will get his team to play the way he wants them to. It just so happens that team includes Oscar, Ramires, Willian, Mikel... I don't know what else to tell you guys Its clearly working on some level right? What I've been able to gather is Oscar is a £19.35M squad player who seems to work hard for the team. If Jose wants to be more compact he plays Ramires or Willian, when he wants to play more expansive he plays Oscar. My limited knowledge brought me to this unbelievably short description that I have no way of proving right or wrong. The only thing I have going for me is Jose still has him at the club and has let a fair few go as a result. I never had high hopes for him to be some sort of a world class star mainly because I knew nothing about him before he came to us, and secondly because he was relatively cheap when you looking at what other players in his position cost. We are supporters, we support our club and its players. That doesn't mean make up stuff about his ability in order to make him look better than he is, but it also doesn't mean dwelling on his weaknesses and deeming him useless. For me it means accepting the few warts every play has because he wears your badge! And not letting a few games where he's been subpar force you into turning your back on him. Everyone shows support in different ways but I feel this is the bare minimum. Over the years our egos get the best of us, we hold strong to our initial opinion (whether right or wrong) just to appear we know what we're talking about. I say its about time we humble ourselves and go back to being supporters and let go of the know it all approach. Many won't agree with me but hey, its truly how I feel. If Oscar does well (can't be limited to goals and assists but overall team play) then we win and we're all happy. UP THE CHELS!

hey fellas don't get your panties all up in bunches I was obviously joking. I found it all pretty humorous actually... I don't know how any of this "moderation" stuff works, nor do I know the inner workings of this particular site. But this does raise an interesting point though, perhaps there is need for a mod who lives on this side of the globe? I mean does it really matter if one more member who is up when you guys are sleeping like babies has the power to stop trolls from seriously making a bad day at the office detestable? I don't really take the jargon online that seriously since I will definitely give it as good as I get it but maybe its something to consider?

I think what we have here is a clear case of over analyzing a game we had no business losing. (two leads) Those who are asking for Jose to be sacked are the same people who have been his detractors all season. They wait for an opportunity like yesterday to get everyone to buy into the bullshit that Jose has lost it and is stuck in 2010.... LOL.
-
Was very strange indeed. But we're over it here... We won the European cup already, haven't been sanctioned by UEFA for overspending and are winning the best league in the world by 5pts with a game in hand. Carefree, good luck in the next round.
-
News to me! never knew that...
-
Need a real reaction. The squad and Jose owe it to the supporters.
-
Ramires is actually pretty good at defending set pieces, gets his head on a lot of corners.
-
The problem with all this is loads of investment has been made to get the team to play a certain way. Jose said so himself 'the profile of the team has changed.' The long and short of it is this, Jose has to work on getting the balance right. There are times when sitting back and playing compact will be very useful it just can't be our default set up with the squad we have. This is the team the owner wants. He, above all else wants to win! However, a close second is how we win. For the most part this season we've been playing fantastic football, lately we've been scuffling results and not utilizing our strengths. Maybe this style is a little foreign to Jose, he's being asked to tweak what he feels is tried, tested and true. The bottom line is we can't rely on one set of tactics to get us results, profile of the club is very different. If Jose is going to teach defensive principals to attack minded players then he must also learn how to implement an attack that plays to their strength. It's about balance and lately we've been a little too one sided. Truth.
-
Tactics. Wrong tactics in given the particulars of the game.
-
Its not the fact that we lost, its how we lost. We lost playing the way many of his detractors criticize him for... We lost to 10 men at home. I am one of Jose's biggest supporters, I love the man! But last night was indefensible, he got it wrong yesterday and today he is being ridiculed for it.
-
But ultimately it didn't work, right? because we invited too much pressure onto a side that looked tired and couldn't cope with it.
-
I just wonder if its down to fatigue? Everyone except Oscar looked to be playing the game at half speed.
-
Madrid played on the counter last season...
-
Exactly the time to sit off was when we had a two goal cushion, not when the game is on a knife edge and a goal puts us out.
-
That's not the issue at all, we were up a man and needed a goal if there was ever a time to get men forward its then. And aside from that, that wasn't the problem either. I was upset that we changed systems from 4231 to 433 and allowed them to have possession without being under any sort of pressure or threat. If we're up a man we should've been in control of the possession and utilized the extra man (Azpi?) in attacking situations to recycle possession and knock it about.

So now its Brana's fault? This board is always full of surprises.

So what managers are the ones who are playing the 2015 style?
