I must admit I was a bit skeptical about Schurrle, but after I saw him last night, he sure was great. The way he ran circles around SB defense was a pleasure to watch. Surely, Jose must play him more often from now on.

Now, I hear Bremen are still interested in KDB in January. Should Chelsea send him back on loan or just sell him ? I believe, KDB will not get many chances at Chelsea. The team is crowded in midfield & he may not see much action on it. Certainly, the money received for him could be used for other players. Since this topic is about Eto´o I would like to get back to it. Leave poor Torres out of it. He played well in recent games. Now, my question: Will Eto´o rise to the occasion & start performing as we all are looking for ? Is he capable to be even remotely duplicate what he used to be ? Last night, I saw some traces of it though.

Even though, I saw a hint of good performance by Eto´o, I still think he has got to perform even better. Sad for Torres, but now Eto´o has got his chance to show what´s still in him. Him & BA must start to convert on those clear chances.

Schurrle was the best player on the pitch. Finally, he got the chance to show his skills. Yesterday´s Chelsea played well, complete dominance, even felt sorry for their RB , the way Schurrle was running around him. My boy Mata had a good game too. This is Chelsea, that´s the way I like to see them. Mind you SB weren´t much & it was not a real test. Despite of it, happy to see Chelsea scored 4 goals, then.
