If any player wants to show his coach how good he is, he needs to be on the pitch. It´s simple as that. Since Mata was not playing much then, he could not have proved his motivation to Jose. However, Jose had seen it yesterday. I hope, he paid attention attentively.

So far, Hazard has not played well, I feel. Should Jose ask him to play more defensively as he wanted Mata to play ? No way Jose. Hazard is not that kind of player. So far, what I have seen of Schurrle I must say, he reminds me of a runaway horse. He is here, there...,but cannot score. Hopefully, he will start scoring, converting on those clear chances. Presently, I do not see him being worth 18m the club paid for him.

As seen yesterday, Mata is No.10 without any doubt. The best position for him. Finally, he has shown to Jose what he is all about. The team played very well in the second half under Mata´s guidance. Even Torres was at his best we had seen for months.

To some, Mata was good, to me he changed the game after he came on. It proves my relentless postings here, my point is still the same. Mata must play as No 10 ahead of Oscar.
