Since Luiz is now doing great at Cm/Dm, we might sign another CB like Papadopoulos. But what I would like to see absolutely most is (and as much realistic): 1.) Cheap, proven stiker -Villa, Llorente or Ba 2.) deep lying playmaker, experienced, if possible PL proven - Cabaye 3.) recall Essien. We need DM, but only for january. Then Mikel and Romeu should be given chance and then we will see if Mikel should be starter or not. 4.) Backup striker as Danny will likely leave: Wallcot as he is english, PL proven and cheap or Bony as he is also cheap and could turn into great striker. Villa, Cabaye, Essien, Walcott/Bony? If you think we will get old Villa for peanuts, you are wrong...He was injured in december 2011 and hasnt played bigger match ever since. Sanchez and Pedro are getting chance ahead of him, despite he is fit since summer now. If he was that great, he would make return and be a starter now. Obviously, he is getting old and his speed played huge part in scoring goals for him. Yes, clinical finishing and ball control is still there, but I doubt he can play regulary in PL all in sudden. For the rest of season on loan (if Falcao, Lewan, Cavani, Llorente) arent available, he would be great. But in summer, we should go after younger striker. Also yes, this is becoming Torres fc. He is shit for past two years and he wasnt sold just because of his price tag. Because of him, we didnt sign proper striker in summer and we didnt gave chance to Danny. However, he scored 7 goals in last 6 matches, maybe he will actualy start scoring in bigger matches....

People still think he is winger and that he is selfish...he is striker and needs to shoot to score. He had few chances to prove himself and he wants to prove by scoring goals. Sure you cant score easy if you dont get few games in row. Danny was never realy given chance under Rdm or Rafa. He can never be good sub, but with enough chances given, Im sure he will turn into great striker. I cant believe Torres was getting chance after chance and he was still shit, but Danny left on bench. Cant blame him for leaving. He was never realy Chelsea heart player, so he doesnt care where will he play. BUT I hate our board for selling him to Lpool. And I hate the boar even more for not getting more money of the transfer. Danny just isnt worth only 12mio. Yes he only has 6 months on contract, but he is English, 23years old and its winter. Ffs Lpool spend milions on Downing, Henderson and Caroll, yet we sell Danny for cheapest price and in the end, only he will fullfill the potential. I can see him shine at Lpool....

He was beast before injury. With him, we would have zero aerial threat in attack however...Also I wonder if he can play full 90mins in several games in row after his injury.

Im speaking of realistic options. We have not been linked with a DM so far, and even if he were it was because Romeu is injured and Mikel will be off to Afcon. If DM comes, he wont come here to replace Mikel in first 11. Mikel like it or not is our first DM choice and will stay that for long time. Romeu makes great backup for Mikel and could be starter in few years. Why do I see so much potential in Romeu? Because he is barca school and they produce great players lately. Because Romeu fits our possesion play great. He can pass, is strong and calm on the ball. Given more play time, he would be one of best DMs in league by now. When he was playing under Avb, he had equaly great stats as Yaya, Song, Mikel, Parker who all played DM last season. Romeu was beast that period. Under Rafa, he showed great potential again, but injury came. That is why I see lot of potential in Romeu. Buying another DM makes no sense. Recall Essien, thats it. If we will buy midfielder, its gonna be Xabi alonso esque player that fits Rafa.

I think the best decision would be to recall Essien in january (if he wont go to AFCON). Why? Because it would be realy cheap, he knows the club and he wouldnt stall Romeu's progress. Romeu wont be injured forever and buying someone like Capoue would definately limit his chances of playing more. Big no to Capoue, etc. Romeu has some great potential and I want to see him at best before we decide to buy new DM. And for that month as Mikel will be in Africa, Essien will fill the gap just fine. It will save us money and Romeu's potential. If we need to buy, it should be someone realy realy cheap and older, experienced player who wont stop Romeu's progress, maybe someone like Diame. Spend the money on good CM (or in serious case, recall KDB). We should definately go after someone like Moutinho or Cabaye, we need that kind of player in midfield who works hard and can dictate play from the back. Gundogan, Benat or Hernanes would also be nice pick, but I think its nearly impossible. In striker department, we will probably need two players as Danny will leave (most possibly). That means we wont buy super money striker like Falcao. Bony would be great for 10mio as backup and Lewandowski or Llorente (not my fav option) would give us class cheaper striker. Im not sure if Lewandowski will be available, but if he will be, then we should realy try to sign him. Cavani would be my favourite option of all. His profile and style matches our game perfectly, he can score, pass, hold ball,...At age 25, he is also perfect aged for this team. However, he wont go at least until summer and we should try to sign him in summer then (if Bony and Lewandowski wont be good enough, which I doubt). I realy think Hernanes would be fantastic adition to our team. Seems like powerful DL-playmaker. In: Essien (recall) - almost free Moutinho/Cabaye/Benat/Gundogan/Hernanes/Sissoko/Pjanic - 15-30mio Lewandowski - 25mio Bony - 10mio Out: Danny - 15mio Torres (I dont care what happens to him, but if we will buy Lewandowski and Bony, I hope Torres wont be starter and therefore he is useless here) - 15-25 mio --- Here is what is going to happen; Danny will be sold, we will buy Bony as his replacement. Falcao is probably worlds best striker now, but lets check few things: 1.) 50mio. Since when was big money striker a sucess here? Drogba was expensive, but 25 is much less than what Torres or Sheva cost. Falcao would be even more expensive and I dont want a flop again. 2.) Falcao and Torres are similar players in style. Both are best at counters with fast ball movement. We dont play that style. Even Falcao is class now (When we bought Torres, he wasnt that good), but it doesnt mean that Falcao will score for us just because he scores in La liga now. 3.) We need to strenghten midfield. Moutinho, Cabaye, Capoue, Pjanic, Moussa Sissoko, Benat, Camacho, Isco, Gundogan, Bender,...since Mikel will go to Afcon, Romeu is injured, we might even need two of them or recall Kdb. 4.) There are other options available. Cheaper. Lewandowski would be my fav option if we go after class, young striker for mid price. Doubt he will go in january...Aubameyang, Bony, Llorente (not my prefered option, but he will be available), Lisandro Lopez, Gomis, Villa, Ba,... 5.) We have time in summer. Since Danny will probably leave too, we might need two strikers. Lewandowski and Bony would be incredible for me. And we can still sign Cavani in summer. ---- Is Falcao realy that necessary? All we need is good finisher with some ball control and team play. Lewandowski or Cavani (more expensive option) are my choices. Bony as backup and we are good to go with another CM.

I havent seen much this player, more heard of him so I cant judge realy. But Malaga won CL group ahead Milan, Zenit and they dont realy have some great striker. Santa Cruz and Saviola are more mediocore. That means their key of sucess lies in midfield, where Isco and Camacho play. Seems like they did fantastic job for the team and based on that I would love to have Camacho here. He isnt too expensive, maybe too young, but has potential. His atributes are just what we need; strenght, hard work, passing, tackling. Well, along Moussa Sissoko, there isnt many options available and Camacho seems to fit our system well. Rafa would love him here, he would fit great in his plan as he looks like Xabi Alonso, but Rafa wont be our coach for long, right? Still support the move for Camacho.
